Excellent service, very helpful with sizing and lovely quality of clothing

Great quality, speedy delivery, immediate response from the team if you have any questions, what more can I say other than a very happy customer thank you x

Rachel & Debbie sell such great kids clothing at Flo's. The service is 1st class from ordering to delivery. They will answer any questions you have within minutes of asking, and if you are not happy with something or unsure they will always find a solution. The quality of the products are very high end. When it comes to kids you want smart, affordable but also trendy and i think Flo's ticks all the boxes with their stuff. I highly recommend buying.

Fantastic service got the items really quick great quality

Amazing children’s clothes.
Best quality and best customer service.
Only buy my sons clothes from Flo’s.

Disgraceful service! Ordered a jacket on 4/10/22 an never received it sent multiple emails an messages to be told it’s in customs follow it up yourself. I paid for delivery for this item an when I tried to track it the tracking was down for weeks and i couldn’t. Now I finally got to talk to someone who said the jacket is not lost so they cannot refund or send me a new item(which I wouldn’t want now anyways) even though she doesn’t know were it is! Said I was been abusive because she gave me 3 examples of others customers problems which I was not interested in, I was and am only concerned about my product! Disgraceful service would advise people to stay

Excellent customer service and amazing quality in clothing. I love the boys sets and end up buying all the new releases, highly recommend.

Oh wow, these clothes are beautiful especially for the price they are really great quality and such nice materials. I like the variety of colours and cuts for boys, they’re really smart. The girls who work here are so nice and really helpful.
