I order from them and received a plant toy. What a Scam. They stole my money.

I made an order with flora alive there is no contact listing, the email came back to me not delivered. They don’t have a phone number listed. It’s like they just want your money and hoping you will forget them.

Ordered in 2020.

Plants received - underwhelming.

This place has, amazingly, STILL not improved in 4 years since then it seems.

Avoid.

Unfortunately I have to echo the experiences of several others: I did not receive my order, or any response to multiple attempts to contact them.

The twitter account associated with the business is still active but they're refusing to respond there. I'm inclined to think they're deliberately scamming people rather than being a legitimate business that has run into temporary trouble. Avoid.

Have not sent the order I placed, and are not responding to emails.

The same experience as all these other people, they take your money and don't send anything out. I had a dispatch notice two weeks after ordering but nothing arrived. They ignore your emails asking where your order is. AVOID!

Like others,placed an order and got nothing, and no response to chasing emails. So avoid. Luckily paid with credit card and have been reimbursed by them.

Avoid: they are scam artists.

I found these charlatans through the RHS (for whom they are an industry partner, apparently!)

Placed a very small order on 5th May. Since then have heard nothing, received nothing, and had no responses to chasing emails.

Luckily my order was only just over £5 so I'm writing it off to experience. To anyone else: do not shop with them.

Nice looking plants, decent prices.
Shame you don't get anything after they take your money. No goods, no response to messages, nothing.

I did finally get a reply from "Sean" stating that he had been in hospital and the guy handling the orders was behind. He promised that my order would be posted the following Monday. Monday came and went, 2 attempts from me to contact him later, the order was "despatch". It's now been nearly 2 months since I made the order and I have......
A refund from my card provider.
PLEASE, PLEASE, AVOID THIS SELLER. I reported them to scam advisors and the police. The guy is a liar and a thief!

Ordered some plants with a three day delivery date at the beginning of April 2024. Now into May and the plants have not arrived. Emailed 3 times and no response from the assistance team. I would avoid this site at all cost, customer service means nothing and appears to be nothing but a con.

Unfortunately I hadn't read these reviews before ordering some peat-free compost from Floralive. Never received the order, sent an email and got a reply saying "Sorry we're a bit inundated at the moment but can confirm your order has been posted". Haven't received anything since. Scam.

As with all other comments, placed an order, never received it. No communication. Scam!!!!
Update. They have sent me a pot of compost with a very small, green blob stuck in it, approx 2 mm across. Really disappointed, will never use this company again.
10.5.24. Final update. Despite numerous emails Sean the (owner), has vanished. I have received my money back through Visa. The communication is appalling, and after a month the pot of compost they sent me is still.....a pot of compost! Don't use this company to avoid disappointment.

Probably Scam company. Good looking website but took money and no product received. No reply from email or phone. Their address is a PO Box no.
Steer clear.

Ordered a bag of compost two weeks ago, had confirmation email and haven't heard anything since despite sending 3 emails. They have my payment and seem to have no interest in sending the item. Absolute shambles.

Do not use. Multiple promises of dispatch, dispatch notification after months but never received items and all contact cut off after that. They still have my money and I got nothing.

It looks like I too have lost money to this company. I placed an order on 12/1/24. I have emailed twice and left a message on their contact service but no replies. I cannot find a phone number or address. This seems to be a scam company.

Money taken for express order, 3 working days from date of order. Only went to this company because of review on their specialist compost by RHS. 7 days later no order, no dispatch confirmation. The only contact they have is email, but no answer from that. Search on online trying to find information for contact number show this taking of money and non delivery has been going on for years. I assume like others I have lost my money. As small amounts of money I think no one bothers to post here. My loss was not that small £48. Stay away from these people.
