Wrote a review of this company recently regarding a Underfloor heating sensor I ordered. It didn't arrive with me for some time, but I now believe this was more the Postal service than the company. However since then Floorheating_direct has been amazing. They have advised me on how to get my underfloor heating working again and have replaced the Thermostat . They have shown great empathy for our predicament and given first class advice, ringing me often to enquire how we were managing. My contact within the company was Jimmy to whom I give my heartfelt thanks. He couldn't have done more. Thank you for your help and guidance. The heating is now working.

Had a hiccup where the manifold arrived without pump, but this was fixed without any quibbling.
Hard to know when things run smoothly if a company has good customer service, but my emails were answered promptly, so AOK.

Good product. But sadly let down badly by parcelforce. Who delivered 2 of the 3 items then lost the 3rd . Then found it. Then lost it. Then found it again. After id driven 2 hours to the depot. To then find the driver was at my house with the parcel. 4 days late.

J. Pringle is a legend. Ordered the wrong thing by mistake, sent it back, courier did a hash job of it. Mr. Pringle sorted me out on the photos and helped me out hugely on the insurance claim. Ended up buying the right kit in the end with their help. Still the best value heating system you can buy.

Just received a order from floorheating DIRECT service was excellent, delivery on time, product easy to use, good value for money and i would highly recommend this company.

it's take too long to deliver, and when the items were delivered one come out wrong . replacement still not delivered. very disappointed . will not recommend it .

Quality product, excellent service with rapid delivery

The thermal boards I got were better than anticipated! Although I really wanted 10mm, I'm sure 6mm will do fine! That's what come of being too thrifty!
