Good value, arrived before expected delivery date, good clear instructions. Thumbs up.

Klima underfloor heating mat and thermostat.
Good product, good price, good company, quick delivery.
Particularly liked the phone call after delivery to check everything was ok.

It couldn't have been any easier to order what I needed from Floor Heating Direct. It was dispatched very quickly and the item was with me the next day. Great service.

Website easy to navigate, found the items I wanted - easy payment method (used Amazon pay, first time used and very easy). Order arrived 2 days ahead of the delivery date. Would recommend & use again.

Website easy to use, competitive prices, quick delivery and advice on the phone when needed. Excellent.

good quality, good price, quick delivery

Good price and technical details on the site very handy. Dispatched quickly and all as per order.
Just installing now.

Great product arrived before specified delivery date.
Will use them again.

Having never installed underscreed heating before we were impressed with the advise and expertise given. Unfortunately 1 of the packages was damaged on delivery (not the fault of the supplier) and 1 was twisted and was difficult to lay. We were short of the fixing strips required, but a call to the supplier resulted in extra being sent for delivery next day. We were contacted to confirm these had been received which showed an impressive concern for customer care. We will be using this supplier again.

Quick, efficient and competitive. Used twice before and like the system.

Overall fast and efficient delivery of the underfloor heating product - appears good value - proof will be when we activate it - looking forward to having toastie feet

Super fast delivery and top quality product . The stat is really good quality with an option to have a black or white facia . Can’t wait to install it in our wet roo this weekend .

Good service just an error on the website regards to pricing and vat not always showing correctly.

Excellent service from placing order to speedy delivery.
Would use this company again.

Very easy company to deal with - answered all my questions/reservations straight away. Very pleasant to deal with on the phone too. Next day delivery was offered for free which was a bonus

No hassle , easy to use website, prompt delivery, easy to install and a happy client

Great service and price, the mat goes down well and the controller is smart.

Very helpful to is in getting the right control thermostat to run the system

Had to ring to find them in spite of a message after ordering on line that I would be contacted by them. To put matters right I received an apology with a promise of shipment the same day although it was quite late and I took delivery the next day.
