Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review - I'm really sorry we've fallen short on this occasion.
We know there are areas of our website that need improvement, and we're continually working to make the experience better for our customers. I would really appreciate the opportunity to understand more about the issues you encountered, particularly any products you were unable to find through the search function and any items that have been showing as out of stock for an extended period.
If you can spare the time to email me on feedback@flints.co.uk, with a few more details, I'd be really grateful. It would enable me to investigate whether this is a product availability issue, or something we need to resolve on the website itself.
Thanks and best wishes, Hannah (Head of Marketing)

Flints were amazing in terms of customer service etc and arranging for Rosco to send the lighting gel direct to me.
What wasn't so good however was that Rosco didn't package the product properly - flimsy cardboard box which was torn on arrival and has damaged the lighting gel. I am too busy with a deadline to complain directly so writing it here in the hope this msg will be relayed.

Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to review - apologies this has been picked up a bit later than I would have liked. I'm really sorry to hear about the state your gels arrived in! I hope you were still able to salvage enough gel to make it all work.
I will flag this with our teams internally, and pass the feedback onto Rosco - and I'll ask if they can package things better in future. Please do forward on your order confirmation to feedback@flints.co.uk so I can trace the order back. Thanks again, and best, Hannah (Head of Marketing)
