Above and Beyond
I haven't travelled Overseas for quite some years, and Emily Mansfield was both knowledgeable, helpful, and above all patient. Flights were cancelled, by original carrier and Emily kept me in the loop completely with updates and return of monies. Always with a smile.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I had the flight dates times and prices from the website, went into book - she couldn’t match the price and in the time she took to figure out why the price went up and we had to pay an additional $700!! Completely ruined our dream holiday experience. Do not use at all!
