I can’t recommend Kim McNamara at Flight Centre Gymea highly enough. Whenever I’ve contacted Kim, whether it’s for our family or an individual trip, she is always so approachable, professional and genuinely understands our preferences.
She knows exactly what we like, so she gets straight into organising things for us. Even when we change our minds or go back and forwards trying to get everything just right, Kim is always patient, kind and helpful. She never makes it feel like a hassle and always sees the trip through from start to finish.
Most importantly, she makes sure we are completely happy with our holiday. We wouldn’t book our travel with anyone else!

She made the entire process of booking unbelievable smooth, precise and very pleasant .
It is rare to meet someone with such a high level of knowledge, helpful and committed to customer satisfaction.
In 2 days we had all organised, all questions answered, all advised given and all travel documents in our hands.
And this all with extremely polite manners in pleasant atmosphere and endless patience with the seniors.

Excellent, friendly, constructive and helpful experience.
My whole experience was excellent, when I recently booked a trip to Vietnam, with Amanda. She was so helpful, friendly and efficient. I felt like a valued customer and appreciated her input, suggestions and advice.
I have already recommended Amanda at Gymea Flight Centre to many friends.
