The new Pulse feature has improved our visibility of invoices and activity on the marketplace. It’s early days, but having everything in one dashboard means we spend less time checking multiple portals, and can spot things that need attention more quickly.

Having orders and updates in one system means we spend less time moving between different platforms. It has removed some of the manual work from our daily admin.
