J'adore cette marque. Les sacs sont magnifiques, le cuir est résistant et il y a un choix de couleur impressionnant. J' ai déjà plusieurs sacs de cette marque notamment le modèle hortensia et le swann.

First time in Paris and had Fleuron on my wishlist! The ladies were super patient and supportive and encouraged me to include the addition of a scarf accessory. Made all the more special that they tied the scarf to the strap for me! Highly recommend to my friends when they travel to Paris for shopping. Superior
When I entered the store in Paris I was greeted with a smile. The salespeople were attentive and helpful and not pushy at all. I was encouraged to try on the merchandise to ensure that I liked the fit or color. When I selected a bag to purchase, I was brought a brand new one from the back and allowed to inspect it. In addition to a dust bag, I was given the choice of a box or beautiful canvas tote to put my bag in. I was also given very clear instructions on how to claim my tax refund at the airport. I am beyond pleased with the service and the product itself. I look forward to adding more Fleuron product to my wardrobe.

Brilliant quality, even better service
Couldn’t have been happier with my decision to visit the store instead of purchasing online. Fleuron’s quality has been praised enough on social media and seeing the bags in person my expectations exceeded.
The sales associate was really warm, helpful, and patient throughout the process giving me as much time as needed to make up my mind. The bags were laid out quite neatly and I wish I could buy more of these. Until next time!!

The black Hortencia bag did not really…
The black Hortencia bag did not really look rich black but rather faded black. The buckle looked cheap too. The return was a hassle as well. I had to write three emails over a course of a week to finally get a return label! Such poor customer service!

Our bags are crafted from full-grain calf leather and handmade in Italy, with stainless steel hardware, making each piece of high quality.
We are once again truly sorry that this experience did not meet ur expectations and we will make sure this won't happen again.
Fleuron's staff was so welcoming
Fleuron's staff was so welcoming. They showed me several different styles of handbags, suggested colors, and gave me the space to look in the mirror and decide. I was offered a free cosmetic bag in addition to a dust bag. Non-EU Tax Return paperwork was smooth. I will return!
