Sac à un sérieux problème à la anse…
Sac à un sérieux problème à la anse qui est complètement courbée et absolument pas droite. Pour le moment le SAV est très réactif et propose juste de ne pas utiliser le sac et le “suspendre le sac par la anse (par exemple à un crochet ou sur un porte-manteau) pendant un à deux jours afin que celle-ci puisse retrouver sa forme naturelle.” Et revenir vers le SAV si rien ne change. Il y a un léger mieux mais la anse n’est toujours pas droite.
Le sac est beau et cher mais ne tient pas ses promesses. Dommage

Qualité et élégance
Le sac Swan médium est d’une grande qualité. Le cuir est très beau avec un grainé parfaitement calibré.
Les proportions sont parfaites donnant un sac peu encombrant, logeable et léger.
Les surpiqûres et le pliage formant l’assise du sac sont élégants et de très bonne facture.
J’ai choisi la couleur Marron glacé dont je suis très contente.
Un échange avec le service client a été concluant.
Je recommande cette marque à qui veut un sac élégant et de très bonne qualité.
Je suggérerai juste une bandoulière un peu plus large.

I love, love, love my Swan bag!!! It has clean lines and the gorgeous color is a perfect fit for my daily wardrobe! The gold hardware is beautiful and understated. The size suits my daily needs perfectly. It holds my phone, my glasses (2 pair...sun and reading), my cardholder, lipstick and hand sanitizer. I am already thinking of ordering one in another color!

Excellent quality, and the caramel goes with just about everything! Two small pockets on the inside, instead of one larger slip pocket, would be helpful for keys and lipstick.
