Fletchers Waste Management - Skip Hire & Commercial Waste Arvostelua

I booked and paid for a skip which was never delivered.

After chasing the company, I received an email confirming that a refund had been issued, however no money ever arrived in my bank account. My bank has confirmed that no refund was processed.

I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email but was repeatedly passed between people, with no one taking responsibility or resolving the issue. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.

I have now had to raise a formal chargeback dispute with my bank to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking. Non-delivery and failure to refund has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Great service. Easy to book online with clear instructions. Driver very polite, helpful & considerate. Skip was collected on 7 days as agreed, so everything perfect. Thank you!

Hassle free arrival and collection - even allowed me to extend a few extra days at no cost!

A very efficient company great price and very helpful drivers. Thank you!

Quick, easy to order. No hidden charges and simple to arrange collection. Will definately use them again!

Good efficient online booking service backed up by friendly staff in the office to the driver. 10/10!

Excellent very well organised my driver was lovely gave me advice on the placement of the skip which was very helpful.I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Thanks for a great service 👍

Do not touch this company! Didn’t deliver a slip when ordered. Then promised it another day and it didn’t arrive. Then promised a refund and still no sign.

Perfect service drops off and collects , I've had 2 skips from this company highly recommended

Great quick service collected when requested.

Turned up to collect without even being called, skip was half full. Their excuse was that it had been already a week that I’ve had it. This was my third skip in a row and the others were not collected for a few weeks, unless i called. Need less to say I will be getting skips somewhere else now

Poor administration. Driver excellent. Had to make several phone calls to ensure delivery was only two and a half days after requested date. Given different explanations by different people. At one stage we were told the skip had been delivered when it clearly hadn't. Why do you provide an additional notes facility if clearly nobody reads them. The only plus side was the lorry driver. We have difficult access and he was really helpful and went the extra mile for us.

Helpful, polite and cheerful staff over the phone - good advice on skip size, how to book online, collection, etc.
Skip delivered as promised taking note of the additional request from me of delivery after 1pm. Driver also polite and helpful.
Skip collected on day agreed.
