Great service, good price - delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Great communication would 100% reccomend

The skip was delivered as promised on the date arranged with a collection date ode Friday 9th October, however I telephoned the office to request that the skip be collected on Monday 12th October to give me a little more time to make full use of it which was agreed to. Unfortunately the skip was collected on the 9th which meant I had to order a second one at additional cost.

Turned up when they said and collected on time

Arrived on time,picked up on time.no messing about.

I booked a skip friday 28th August for delivery the next day. Called in the morning was assured it was on its way but never arrived. Rang back Tuesday 1st September after bank holiday to be told that I wouldn’t get any money off (even though I had missed 3 days) and they will refund me. It’s now 9th September and I’ve still not received a refund. Avoid Fletchers/Panda. I rang Rapid skips at Rotherham who came and delivered the next day as promised and for a better price.

Amazing service

Skip delivered the day after ordering and was placed just where I wanted it. It was collected with no fuss. I contacted them with questions and was dealt with very politely and efficiently.

Poor service.my skip was 3 days late.when I phoned them they said it had been cancelled I asked why I had already paid for it.i emailed there customer care department.they emailed back saying that the reason was that there Webb sight had been faulty.i will not be using fletchers again.

I paid you £264 two weeks ago for a service you never provided. I was promised an immediate refund. Two weeks later you still have my money, and no one will tell me what is happening. You are despicable.

Excellent service . Arrived as expected with the driver being more than helpful placing the skip on the verge rather than the road. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic service from the time of the initial enquiry. On the delivery date the driver messaged to say he’d be at the house in 30mins. I asked him if he’d hang on for another 10 mins as I was away from the property. He duly obliged and was waiting for me when I arrived. He carefully placed the skip where I wanted.

We hired the skip for a week but I’d filled it the same day and phoned Fletchers to see if they’d collect it before the 1 week timeline, noting that when I phoned up origanally and asked if we could have it collected early she advised she was unable to commit to this, and sometimes it could take longer than a week. I was grateful for her honesty so we knew what to expect in a worst case scenario.

The skip was in fact collected 2 days later.

I’d read reviews of various skip hire companies and all had comments that collection dates were unpredictable and staff were rude. This didn’t apply to Fletchers.

I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends, which is as good as it can get.

The skip was easy to hire using the website, and the prices were competitive.
There was an issue where a miscommunication with the driver using the door bell comms, resulted in the skip being put on the wrong side of the road. I phoned to explain what had happened and a second driver came out and repositioned the skip.
