Thank you for taking the time to raise this matter.
Following our conversation, we would again like to apologise for the confusion caused. After reviewing the issue internally, it appears that a previous enquiry made through our system resulted in your profile being incorrectly linked to another customer record within our CRM platform.
As soon as this was identified, the matter was escalated and corrective action was taken by our team. We fully understand the importance of customer data protection and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We are continuously reviewing and improving our systems and processes to help prevent issues like this from occurring again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your experience.
We recently transitioned to a new internal system, which unfortunately caused delays in parts of our onboarding and document processing procedures during the changeover period.
We understand how frustrating and concerning this situation must have been, especially regarding the Uber verification process. To clarify, the vehicle remained insured throughout; however, there was a delay in certain systems updating and reflecting the information correctly during onboarding.
Customer safety and compliance are extremely important to us, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Your feedback has been noted internally as we continue improving our systems and onboarding process to provide a smoother experience for customers moving forward.
