Dear David,
We attempted to call to notify you of an item that we could not fulfil. A voicemail message was left, I hope that this was received? I can see that a refund was issued earlier this month as we hadn't received a reply from our previous attempts to contact you.
If you haven't received any communication from us, please email sales@flavour-boss.co.uk so we can investigate why our messages didn't reach you.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Good, but?
Service spot on 5 star, as for the juice I was recommended 1 star! Grape something or other is one to avoid!! Ewk! I’ll look elsewhere for a decent grape.

Thank you for the review Peter! If you need any assistance finding another Grape flavour, please reach out.
Some alternatives to Grape Crush:
Tang! Grape
Purple Slush
Mr. Croc's
I hope this helps. I'd recommend taking advantage of the free 10ml e-Liquid promotion, so you can try these flavours without breaking the bank.

Dear Mohamad,
We identified an issue with DHL's system failing to submit our shipments correctly. We've now removed their services from our website.
This issue was causing some of our customers to pay extra duties at customs, or having their parcels rejected. We've since moved to UPS and are no longer having problems.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you'd like us to investigate this for you, please reach out to sales@flavour-boss.co.uk. Although we're not able to request that DHL refund your money, we can provide you with the submitted documentation so you have everything you need to start a claim with their team and customs.
