Ordered their beige ottoman bed.

It arrived and it is blush pink not beige and there is an awful horrid smell coming from the headboard.

The customer service is abysmal.

Do not order from them at all!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was promised ‘express worldwide delivery’ - the item took a month to arrive.

When it did arrive, the quality was absolutely awful - nothing like the pictures or description.

I was told to get a refund I must send them back to China - which would cost the same amount as the shoes in the first place.

This company is acting fraudulently and illegally - do not buy from them.

Pondered about a gaming bunk bed with sofa for my 10 year old, it looked amazing and was not too expensive.
When delivered my husband put it together, we were very surprised how sturdy, sleek and easy to put together it was. We are absolutely delighted with it and my son thinks its awesome. Great item and would use this company in the future 😊 X

I purchased a dress, which was poorly manufactured, followed their recommendations on returning the item and paid(China) ? For a refund,that was 3 months ago and they are not returning my emails

Order a duvet cover . Payment went to pending then had a email saying item out of stock . Still waiting for my refund . Have emailed them but no reply . Will never use this company again , there communication is awful .

Pretty sure the Company is a scam? Ordered Insulation Slabs via Amazon. Tracking information never updated, order never arrived.. Tried calling the company a number of times to no answer.

If this is a scam they aren't doing it very well as Amazon just gives full refunds...

Ordered 50 sheets of floor protection - only half turned up. Can't get hold of anyone by phone or email. Trades now on Amazon as Trade Wise.

I ordered a pair of sandals purporting to be Skechers and reduced to £29.99. They took my money and eventually they arrived. No way are they Skechers and they don’t even look like the pair I ordered. Badly made amd won’t last 3 months unlike Skecher sandals. Won’t be buying anything else from this Company. I did email them to let them know how I felt but never got a reply. Obviously a con.

I ordered some trainers over 4 weeks ago and they have not arrived. I have contacted them twice for an update with no response. Leave these alone probably a scam aite

I bought one of your beds with the range that’s arrived very late & faulty. A few days ago. The Holes and bolts don’t line up so the bed can’t be built. The range is giving me the runaround about returning. I’ve asked many times and sent video evidence to show this. I will update the review when my customer rights aren’t being abused.

Scam! What I ordered vs what I received. Refused a full refund unless I paid 70% of the entire total to ship.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY a SCAM. Bought a keter storage for the garden have received no delivery and no response to various request. Disgusting!!!!!

They are scammers. Paid for my product and have not received a confirmation email or anything. Will be contacting my bank and PayPal to see if I can get some type of refund

Having trouble with there payment online.
Called the number placed the order, popped down and collected the OSB board 40mins later.
Great product and great service.

Do not buy from this company
Received my Xmas tree decorations after Xmas (shipped from USA) and significantly inferior quality to that advertised.
I am also now very worried what the company is doing with my financial data per the online reviews. I wish I’d read these in advance.
I would never buy from this company again.
