Fksports Arvostelua

Product turned up within 24 hours. The plastic was cracked (possibly in transit at the box was squashed). I emailed FK sports and they apologised and sent out a replacement within 24 hours and emailed to check it arrived and was in good condition. I really appreciated the speed of response and how friendly the staff were.

We purchased the 8ft enclosed trampoline. Their customer services were incredible, delivery was beyond any expectations. Trampoline took roughly 1.5hrs to set up and was really easy. My son is absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much for helping make it happen.

Great customer service, item went missing in transit and they responded to me straight away and sent a replacement express delivery and couldn’t be more helpful.
Thank you

Excellent organisation, purchased the wrong size trampoline the organisation made a swift exchange and delivered the new item quickly. The trampoline is of superb quality.

I had purchased an item through Amazon which was faulty.
Amazon was only offering a refund and for me to return the item.
I contacted Fksports direct who sorted the issue by organising a replacement to be delivered which arrived promptly.
The service received was excellent would recommend as the after service was 5 star.

I had a really good experience ordering from FK Sports. I bought some weight plates on eBay but then realised that I had ordered the wrong ones. I needed olympic rather than standard plates. I sent them a message and they sorted it out for me. The item arrived the next day!

After a unexplainable incident with the trampoline mat FKs excellent customer service and very prompt resolution to an issue that wasn't of FKs making was fantastic Akash was great and sent a new mat FOC immediately. Can't thanks you enough for you help and support. Cheers

After arranging for item to go to locker it was too big and yodel wouldn’t accept address so contacted Fk Sports and they arranged the redirection right away amazing service and communication wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again

Speedy delivery and well packaged.
Great product. Mini exercise bike was compact to store and well made. Very fair price. Would recommend......***** 5stars

Order #21528. Order delivered to wrong address. Fk sports also confirmed this. The photo for delivery of the front door is different colour to my door. The gps coordinates also show 3 different pin points non of them at my address. Again fk confirmed all this too. They keep stalling telling me to wait 24 hours then another 24 hours then another 24 hours. Waiting for dx final response. I pointed out to them they cant hold my refund to ransom waiting on dx. My contract is with them not the courier. They have confirmed and have multiple forms of evidence confirming the delievery was to the wrong address and them confirming. All the reviews are right when it comes to them not wanting to refund!! Avoid at all costs. Im going to have to go to my bank. They have no intention to refund me. They keep stalling. And stating they need to wait for dx final response. When legally no they dont. Ive pointed this out too. And again they continue to lie.

Excellent equipment i purchased a vibration plate the quality of the item is fantastic great value for money too would highly recommend I would definitely by from this company again

Simple transaction. Fast delivery best price I could find very happy with product. I've already ordered more olympic weight plates . And will be using them in the future.

Great choice at reasonable prices, the whole process from purchase to delivery was fast and efficient.

The Adjustable Foldable Workout Bench was exactly what I wanted.

Well priced 5 aerobic stepper. Delivered on time. Part damaged in transit was promptly replaced after an email request.
Will look to buy further items in the future.

Cannot rate this seller enough as they sorted out a problem with the delivery very quickly. The item did not arrive & I noticed an error on the address so I contacted the courier service to sort it out. I waited a week it then said it had been deliverd so I contacted FK sports to explain what had happend, they replied straight away & sent a replacement mat using a different courier & express delivery which i got it within two days of me contacting them. They were also very good at letting me know what was happening unlike the first courier. I highly recommend the customer service & the item which is good quality & the envy of the yoga class.

Brilliant after sales service. Responsive and solved all issues. Thanks

Happy with the weights set received. there was a bit of an issue with delivery of all the items , however the company did resolve it quickly and politely.

Amazing trampoline very sturdy and top quality

Lovely thick yoga mat that supports me well but was dirty when it arrived. Needed a good clean with antibacterial wipes before it was fit to use.

I bought Baby Swing and Play Mats which were supposed to be delivered by Yodel. Unfortunately the delivery has failed and I had to contact FK Sports directly to find a solution. The agent dealing with my case (Akash) was very professional and has resolved the issue in no time. Now, my baby will be happy to play with her new toys.
I will highly recommend FK Sports for their skilled personnel and fantastic customer service.
