Ordered window vents

Ordered window vents - arrived promptly but only one received. Emailed and got answer same day. Another item was despatched immediately. Really excellent customer service and items verygood

Great Experiences

Great service with extremely fast delivery! Ordered a cylinder lock at 1pm and received the following day at 11am. Less than 24 hours! 5*.

Paint leaking from tin

Ordered two tins of roof paint. DPD delivered whilst I was out and left the two boxes at the side of my house on the patio. One box was clearly damaged and seeping paint. Upon trying to move the box it continued to leak spreading across my patio. Further inspection found that the tin lid was slightly damaged and I can only assume that it being thrown around whilst in transit meant it started to leak. Had to throw away the tin and contacted FixTrade who simply offered a refund for the damaged item and said it was DPDs fault. Nothing in relation to my damaged patio or in a way of compensation for the time products and effort I have had to do to try and clean my patio. Terrible company

Order to Despatch Timeframe was Superb

It took only six hours between placing the order and Royal Mail confirming that they had the parcel.
I've deducted one star because of what happened next.
Royal Mail lost the parcel! I had to wait so many days before it was confirmed as lost. That's fine.
But then, it took 3 separate prompts from me before FixTrade swung into action to send me a replacement,
I have to add that, once again, picking and despatch times were excellent.
Good price too.
I would recommend them.
