Quick professional service!
Really swift, professional, friendly service. They sorted out the issue with a missing ticket on the FIXR app. PDF copies were sent so I could find both tickets I purchased easily!

Despicable company ,do not use
Despite several emails still no refund
Legally as ticket agent fixr are responsible. Stated they have no funds but offer credit no thanks
Not my problem discovery festival were paid prior to festival that was fxrs choice

When an event is cancelled, consumers are entitled to a refund from the party responsible for supplying the ticket.
Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 49: services must be performed with “reasonable care and skill.”

My experience with fixr has been great!
My experience with fixr has been fantastic, I always notice the businesses that are super helpful from a customer care point of view and fixr were super easy to contact for a refund when my plans changed last minute. They didn’t make it difficult for me as some companies can and I really appreciated the quick and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Can't find my ticket problem solved
Having used my alternative e-mail address in a ticket application the ticket was not downloaded to my FIXR app - and the game is on Saturday! A quick e-mail to FIXR highlighting my mistake resulted in an equally quick e-mail from Amelia attaching a copy of my QR code ticket. Problem solved THANK YOU.

Booked tickets for Discovery Festival…
Booked tickets for Discovery Festival in Dundee and it was cancelled. FIXR now state the organisers have gone into liquidation so they can't issue a refund. They offered tickets to a Christmas light trail as a replacement - not sure how that even compares - it's like purchasing a car and receiving a bicycle . I ordered the tickets through FIXR(this is clearly shown on my bank account statement), so surely they must refund the cost. Avoid this ticket seller. I am over £500 out of pocket.

I started the transfer ticket process…
I started the transfer ticket process and then changed my mind - using the app I cancelled the transfer. I emailed straightaway to explain (twice now) and no response and the tickets have not returned to my account.
I did exactly what the app said in the cancellation process. Can I get the tickets back into my account please - when I checked the transfer link it had been cancelled too so I can’t even retrieve them by accepting my own transfer.
6th August - INFORMATION SENT multiple times and no response. Please could someone resolve this issue.

Discovery Festival - No Refund
Same experience as all the rest of the recent 1 star reviews. Discovery Festival in Dundee cancelled, awaiting refund after completing and sending refund form to Fixr. They claim it's an issue with the promoter eg. Discovery Festival, but that's not my problem. FIXR took my money and were quick enough to do so, not so quick to refund. Lots in the local and national press about it. If the issue is truly with the promoter then Fixr still responsible as they were the selling agent. Disgusted by it all and currently £247 out of pocket.

Exception service! I had questions about tickets and staff was timely and on point! Event was an absolute blast, dancing to incredible music! As a person with some years behind them, I can easily get annoyed and avoid going out. This time I am making as many of my friends join me!
