Fittrack Arvostelua

I love the scale but the app does not work properly. Have had my scale for 2 weeks and has know stopped connecting to the app. So basically I have paid for a normal pair of scales! If they can sort out the issues with the app, then yes, it will be awesome.

It's been a month and I have not received the scale nor a refund. The only thing I am getting from Support is bare with us because of high demand its back logged.

Loving having a scale and app that gives me a real insight into what’s happening ing with my weight. Too often you can get obsessed with what the weight loss is but as I have seen some weeks, yes I may not have had a decrease in weight but seeing a decrease in fat mass and increase in muscle, meant I wasn’t disheartened as I could see why I hadn’t ‘lost’

I am enjoying the app but some parts a little confusing. Overall I am pleased that I bought the product.

Scale turned up quickly and use it everyday. Look forward to getting on them in the morning! Data has been really useful in helping me with my health goals by keeping me motivated and focussing on the important things. Shows me info I had no idea about before buying the scales.

Fantastic device! Gives me all kinds of body metrics!

I received the watch, it looked alright, but I could not remove the band to charge it. I am 76 yrs old and have normal handstrength. I tried numerous times to get the band off the watch in order to charge it…no avail, I do not seem to have a strong enough pull. Customer service could not help. I cannot tell how good or bad the actual watch functions since it was impossible for me to access the functions. A watch should be easy to manipulate in terms of accessing its functions! Total waste as far as I am concerned.

Dara scale from Fitrack has been brilliant.
Easy to use and reliable.

Ordered the scales and they arrived reasonably quickly. Signed up to the Premium app to get full usage of the scales app only to discover that some of the features are unavailable as they are being upgraded and when I asked for a timeline of when they would be available they didn't have one. I have started to ask for a return and they were offering 20% refund to keep the scales with the lack of features. Really disappointed in them. They promised much but they aren't delivering due to the pending upgrades.

Scale and Fittrack app good and easy to use. A bit disappointed thought the Hume app is not fully free.

It's a scam. You get the scale and all the advertised features are in the paid app version. No customer service. No one replies to give me the process to send the scale back.

Really garbage.

Stopped syncing after 10 days and never provided access to the data. Waste of money

Great product and app gives great information. Recommend

I placed my order September first and still haven’t received my product

Ridiculous customer service. Nobody knew what they were doing and because of multiple errors it made it more difficult on my end. They didn't even send the correct product and when confronted told me what I had wanted was out of stock so they sent me the old version without even letting me know. Will not order from this company again.

I love the simplicity and information of the FitTrack scale. I’ve found it helps meet my workout goals as well as keep me informed about where my fitness is headed.

I like the features and is easy to setup but I wish it was more compatable with other brands. The app is not the easiest to navigate as well especially when you pay that much for a scale you should be the Hume plus for free for a year.

It is sad to see that you have to pay a high price for the program in order to benefit from the data and analysis. Not recommended.

Just got it today but excited by the features so far!

The scale is a POS, don't waste your money. I am just glad I didn't pay full price for this hunk of junk. It no longer syncs with the app, I have tried numerous things to reset the connection. I also tried to manually update my weight in the app, and that won't work. You really don't get any features if you don't pay for their Hume Plus subscription in the app. It is basically an over priced weight tracker, which you can do for free on many apps. The information provided on this scale is not worth it. It basically just calculates BMI, etc all things you can do on the internet. I have also compared the accuracy of this scale to other scales, it is all over the board while the other scales give an accurate weight (even after putting new batteries in for the 3rd time in a little over a month)
