The scales look beautiful and sleek, but that's where the positives stop. They work. As in they give you a consistent weight (although activating them is hit and miss), but all of the promised readings are lost as they will not connect to the app. The Hume app is the only way to get all of the data that is the reason you spent so much on the scales. Sadly I am not alone if you read the app reviews. A total scam. AVOID.

I was told 2-3 days for delivery - that turned into 6-7 weeks. The scale then arrived damaged with the back of the battery case broken. It still functioned “fine” but this is without a doubt one of the least accurate scales I’ve ever used. Fluctuated around 1-2kg whilst I was stood on it! DO NOT BUY. Now have been waiting for a response from customer service for a week when I requested a refund…

Do not do business with this company! If I could rate a 0, I would.

Ordered scale and was told two weeks. That turned into four weeks and empty shipment promises. I canceled. Now 6 weeks later, still waiting for refund and getting empty promises again.

The app isn't at all what is advertised. The scale took months to arrive, but did arrive shortly after my 3rd message to the company. The app is difficult to use, track and understand. The scale is cheap plastic. I returned the scale but it cost me more to return than the scale cost. Tracking said that it was received on June 20 by the company but it's August 6th and I'm still fighting for a refund. I bought a Renpho from Amazon and LOVE IT!

I ordered on June 16th and the website said I'd receive my scale within 2 weeks. The next day, I was sent an email that due to "holiday demand" (what holiday??), my order would be delayed.

Fast forward 7 weeks and a dozen emails later, I have still not received my scale and had to file a dispute with my CC company after their promised refund never came through.

FitTrack should be shut down and prevented from accepting payment for goods they do not have and can not deliver.

I was really excited to try out the BodyPod, a high-end fitness tracker that promised to track my workouts and health metrics with precision. Unfortunately, my experience has been a disaster from the start.
The product arrived with errors and inaccuracies, rendering it unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was met with apathy and a lack of assistance. The representatives seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the issue.

I requested a full refund, but was ignored and left hanging for weeks. When I followed up again, I was told that they would escalate my case to a dedicated team, but nothing changed. It's been months now, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

The worst part is that I feel like my business is not valued by the company. I paid a premium for this product, expecting high-quality and reliability, but what I got was a defective product and terrible customer service.

If you're considering purchasing the BodyPod, I would caution against it. The company's lack of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Even if you do manage to get the product working, the constant errors and inaccuracies make it unreliable.

I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and product quality. Until then, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Received scale in April, discovered that it only provided weight, not all the other things they advertised. Requested a refund, they said send it back, which I did in May at my own cost of $50. They received it back in their warehouse on May 20, receipt signed by an employee. Since then nothing but a runaround of several emails trying to get the refund. Worst customer service ever.

Now I should have known better, read up on the product & reviews before diving in head first & buying the scales after seeing it advertised on instagram. I’ve received the product Today after ordering in April so it’s taken well over a month to arrive which I’m not overly fussed about. The scales is fine but the App doesn’t seem to track your weight, bodyfat etc even though it’s connected to the bluetooth. Will contact customer service regarding the same.

Bought a Fittrack fitness tracer, and I love it. Tracks everything I need. The battery life could be better, but when I contaced support. they gave me tips on how to extend it. Very helpful.

FitTrack is A HUGE SCAM!!! In their customer "Live Chat" I asked how to return my scale. They said they needed all of my info and the reason I wanted to return. I gave them all info needed. They came back with "We understand that your husband does not want to download the app, please know that the app is FREE to use. He can see his 17 body measurements generated by our scales.
Also, if this is not too much to ask, please accept our offer for a 20% refund in exchange for keeping your order." I replied No, I would like to return it for a full refund. Next, crickets... Judging from all of these terrible reviews, I think maybe a class action could be our best bet.

Scam Company! Don’t believe anything you read on the new body pod!
Awful piece of kit .. I actually think it’s a total scam… cost ££££s and is useless. Incorrect readings, inconsistent, cheaply made… customer service have now stopped responding and when they did… did everything not to refund. The app is rubbish - really unsure why people saying it’s good!
DONT go near Hume Health / FitTrack… Scam!!

Not sure why everyone is so down on this website. I ordered a scale & it was delivered promptly. I am working on setting up the app - a little annoying but appears to be 100% legit. Scale is nice, btw but the app SUCKS.

SCAM of a company. My product did not ship in the time frame claimed on their website and my order confirmation email.
I tried to cancel my order via email. They refused to cancel my order- offered discounts and warranties. I kindly requested over 11 times in writing for my order to be cancelled and be issued a refund. Currently, despite my cancellation requests, my order has a label created and is awaiting pick up by a carrier so they cannot process a refund. I firmly believe they updated the order with a label to tie up refund attempts.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Do NOT order from this company. I placed my order March 5, as of April 1 I had no information about my order. I message customer service and talked to Ann. She was going to stop the order. I never heard back from her. I proceeded to talk to 2 other reps and went through the same thing. 8 weeks later my scale showed up after 10+ emails for canceling (even one 2 days before saying it still hadn't and they would cancel). Then they offered me a 25% discount for keeping the product. Which I refused. I tried emailing again with no response. I got on the live chat 2 days ago and it took me 2 days to get the response that their "new system" doesn't allow and return labels and there is a restocking fee. I have to pay to return with proof of purchase, THEN they'll will submit for my money back. At this point I don't trust them. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Complete scam....I have been trying to get my money back since October 2023. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It is a piece of crap. Form responses.... DO NOT BUY!!!
Maybe a class action suit or they should be reported as a fraudulent company.

Shame on me for not checking here first. My friend recommended this product to me because she liked hers. I figured I didn't need to check on reviews since she liked hers so well. My review of the service from the company is very similar to those below. I had difficulty in getting the product shipped. I had to chase them down to see where it was and got some vague excuse as to why it wasn't shipped. They offered my a free lifetime warranty for my troubles and they told me the shipping would be another week or week and a half out. I told him to just refund... Now they are saying another 14 days to process the return.

I received my order about 4 weeks after payment. It was a bit glitchy but generally ok until it completely stopped working after 4 months. I contacted customer service via live chat and had to send a video to prove it didn’t work, upon receipt they agreed it didn’t work and said they would send a replacement. It’s still not been received, I’ve chased and nobody responds via live chat. Tried to complain via email, somebody did respond to say they would look into it, but that was that. No response and no refund. Would avoid!

If I could give no stars I would, extremely poor customer service. I placed my order in February 2024 expecting the item 4-6 days delivery and no product delivered. I have emailed and was last told on 4/2/2024 I would receive my refund in 10 days. It is now 4/12/24 and no refund. Legal action is next!

I am wondering if developers of this new app ever tried to use it?!?!? The world’s WORST APP EVER! Very slow. Often times unresponsive. Useless!
Please bring back the old app.

I ordered a product from FitTrack over a month ago, with the promise of a 3-5 day shipping timeframe. Despite receiving an order confirmation and a supposed shipping notice with a USPS tracking number, the product has never been shipped—USPS tracking confirms that they never received the item. My multiple attempts to contact FitTrack for updates, cancellation, and a refund have been largely ignored. After more than a month of waiting and several unanswered emails, I'm left without the product and without a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against purchasing from FitTrack based on their failure to fulfill orders and lack of customer service responsiveness.
