absolut UNSERIÖS!!! Bitte bestellen Sie hier nichts... es ist auch nicht möglich, einen Kauf rückgängig zu machen. Es werden seltsame Gebühren eingezogen, welche beim Kauf gar nicht erwähnt wurden.
Man bekommt von dieser "Firma" nicht mal eine Antwort... und von paypal bekommt man keine Unterstützung und auch keine Rückerstattung. Dafür erhält man massenhaft Mails, dass noch Produkte im Warenkorb sind, welche man sofort bestellen sollte. :-(((

Glucosemeter bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein Pulsoximeter. Das ganze hier läuft auf einen großen Betrug hinaus.....Bisher keinerlei Reaktion des Händlers. Mein Geld ist weg.

Fitody Limited are a registered company based in Hong Kong. i ordered a product from Healthboostzone, who are not a registered company but sell their products Moondar oils from within NZ. Fitody Limited added a handling fee, shipping and insurance fee after the purchase when they weren't part of the agreement with Healthboostzone

These are fraudulent activities by this company using Healthboostzone as a cover company and then adding additional charges to the unsuspecting buyer. They offered 180 days full refund guarantee, however the product has been returned 27 Jan 2025 tracked within NZ and they have still failed to provide a refund.

Do not use their Hong Kong address for returns, reports also show items returned and still no refund

You need to be reported Fitody Limited to Hong Kong Police as they are scammers

Achtung Betrüger. Rückbuchung war nicht möglich, obwohl ein völlig anderes Produkt gekauft wurde.

Produkt bestellt für ca.27€ bei PayPal werden dann 32,15€ abgebucht und in der Rechnung stehen aber nur diese 27€. Am ende kommt auch nich ein Produkt das dem aus der Werbung nicht im entferntesten ähnlich sieht. Bei der Reklamation werden einem 30% angeboten was in etwa die Summe ist die sie eh schon beim Kauf draufgeschlagen haben. Finger weg von dieser Firma unseriös ist noch zu milde ausgedrückt.

Finger weg vor dieser Firma. Per Zufall sah ich auf meiner Pay-Pal Abrechnung eine Abbuchung von 42.28 Fr. von dieser Firma. Ich habe aber nichts bestellt, Auf der Bestellübersicht kann man auch nicht schauen , was man bestellt haben sollte. Komische Firma.

Ich habe an Fitody eine Rechnung über PayPal gezahlt, jedoch finde ich in meinen Mails keine Bestellunhg noch weiß ich, was ich da bestellt haben soll. Kurioser weise habe ich zu genau diesem Zeitpunkt ein Produkt bestellt und auch bezahlt, jedoch Fitody ist mir ein Rätsel. Zumal für 10€ Versandkosten hätte ich nie ein Produkt bestellt. Auf Anfrage bei Fitody konnte man mir nicht mitteilen, welches Produkt angeblich zugestellt wurde. Ich soll aber meinen Kontobeleg über die Zahlung zustellen. Alles etwas eigenartig. Hat Jemand ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht? LG Petra

I had ordered a set of veneers from this company Jan 23rd 2025. I did not receive the product for over one month. When I finally received the product, it was a joke. These veneers were like buying a Halloween costume accessory. They were plastic and looked like clown teeth. I submitted a request for a refund through PayPal. PayPal agreed on the merchant side and did not refund my money. After numerous correspondence. Don't buy from this inferior product seller!!!

Die Kommunikation des Verkäufers ist nur in Englisch. Beim Verkauf bzw Angebot war alles in Deutsch. Es wird angegeben, dass keine kostenlose Rücksendung, wie auch Erstattung bei Nichtgefallen möglich ist.
Dies stimmt nicht. Es gibt keine Rücksendeadresse und auch bis jetzt keine Rückerstattung. Auf die Produktkosten, neben Versand, wurden noch 7,48 € für Bearbeitung und 1,49€ für Versicherung dazu berechnet. Leider hatte ich das zu spät bemerkt.
Da es sich um Kleidung handelt, besteht ja immer die Möglichkeit, dass etwas nicht passt. Die Größenangaben waren auch nicht richtig. Nun habe ich einen Fall aufgemacht über paypal und alles zieht sich hin. Ich musste jetzt Fotos vom Produkt und der Verpackung senden. Wozu frage ich mich......Leider musste ich hier einen Stern anklicken um überhaupt etwas schreiben zu können.
Dieser STern ist nicht als positives Zeichen zu werten - ganz im Gegenteil. Betrug und Abzocke im Netz.

Ich hatte dort bestellt und dann fast 15 € mehr auf meiner Rechnung (eine Versicherung und eine Bearbeitungsgebühr) Ich hatte meine Bestellung kurz darauf storniert und bekam zur Antwort, dass der Versand schon gestartet ist und eine Stornierung nicht möglich wäre. Ich hatte die Annahme verweigert und nach 10 Mails hin und her habe ich Paypal informiert und hoffe nun dass ich mein Geld durch den Paypal Käuferschutz zurückbekomme. Trotz meines Nachweises, dass die Annahme verweigert wurde behauptet die Firma dass mein Paket zugestellt wurde.

I was sent 2 that only check pulse and charged extra on shipping.Emailed company as soon as I saw I didn't get correct items and also PayPal. Never heard back from company and Paypal was no help. Total SCAM.

As with others this is a pure scam sending an oximeter instead of glucose monitor.when complained through Pay Pal they wanted me to return it at my expense but NOT to the address on the envelope that I received it but not giving me an address to send it to.I’m still waiting for a refund. Why are Pay Pal dealing with SCAM companies like these. I’m now losing faith in Pay Pal.

Same as other reviewers, purchased for the specified price via PayPal, found that the amount had been increased. Now about twenty days with no delivery. Via PayPal sent a message raising my issues and requested a refund, response was to give a tracking number which says it was shipped in 2022!

Dubioser geht es nicht. Zunächst wird ein interessantes Gerät angeboten für 32,98 am Ende bezahlt man dann 37,98 der erste Betrug. Wenn man nach Wochen dann ein Paket bekommt ist die Ernüchterung groß, denn der Inhalt hat nicht im entferntesten etwas mit der Beschreibung des gekauften Artikels zu tun !

Fraud. Total fraud. They sell a pulseoximeter as if it measured glucose with the supposed "bikenda" brand. I dont know if it is a scam or if that brand has a real retailer, but the product is a fraud. Its a simple pulseoximeter at twice the cost. IT DOES NOT MEASURE GLUCOSE. a rip off, because even paypal cant get them to reimburse the total of the product.

This company is a joke . They do not return email. They do not send back refunds. They owe me over $114.00 which I don’t expect to see. Am getting ready to file a complaint thru PayPal.

das Produkt was ich bestellt habe ist nicht das, was ich bekommen habe, es werden Produkte beworben, die es gar nicht gibt, und in 8 Tagen habe ich jetzt schon 14
E Mails geschrieben, aber nur eine Antwort auf die erste bekommen, da bieten sie mir eine Erstattung von 30% an, was gar nicht geht, schließlich steht ja bei denen in den Rückgabe Richtlinien, das man 100% zurück bekommt, wenn es einen Defekt gibt, auch über PayPal habe ich mich gemeldet, auch da habe ich noch keine Antwort erhalten, ist eben eine Betrugsmasche, etwas zu bewerben und ein minderwertige Ware zu bekommen
