I ordered items off this company, complained that i still have not received my goods, requested a refund. Still no goods and no refund. They give an email to respond to which is a complete waste of time. No response and £60 out of pocket.

Terrible to deal with, scam product, cancelled order, they waited 3 days then said sorry already shipped. Opened PayPal dispute, they sided with the company, after I sent mutiple screen shots of reviews, plus disclaimers from Fitbody company, (the legit company, who they pretend to be.).. Sent emails, messages for return address to send received product back. No respose. They are still operating. DO NOT USE
Unbelievably bad company to deal with. You think you have purchased one item, only to find they have subscribed you to multiple products. Do not ever have anything to do with them. They are untrustworthy and scammers.
I would not touch this company with a barg pole total scammers shoul be banned from selling anything online beware everyone don't go near
This is a scam. They charged me for items I never wanted ( I cancelled the order before shipping as per there website which stated they would cancel the order if I did this) and then I didn't receive them anyway...pure scam artists. I did open a case with PayPal who sided with the seller as they were able to show proof of shipping but I NEVER GOT ANYTHING!
Terrible experience ordered wart removal pen 25 May from Firody Ltd and heard nothing. Contacted PayPal in June who have decided in favour of seller as they have said item delivered which it has not been. Very disappointed with both the company and PayPal. BEWARE
I have been waiting for a order i placed after the first it told me that I should receive my order in about 4days still haven't received it yet.

Fitody.com. do not purchase fake dentures from this company unless you want to give your new born fake teeth. They would not even fit a toddler, Total scam! Good luck trying to get a refund from this fraudulent company!

I ordered a product which never was delivered. I called PayPal to get my refund for the product i did not receive and your company insisted that the item was delivered when it was not and there is no proof of delivery.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. I placed an order the 1st of March 2025 and still haven’t received it. There has been no communication with anyone regarding my order. I would appreciate knowing something!!!!!
