I ordered from this company who advertised on Facebook and it was a Detox wrist band and it was I pieces and broken and no instructions either. Just a scam and £33 out of pocket . Paid via pay pal however will check with M and S as my credit card is connected to Pay pal so here’s hoping !

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Beware.
I have been ripped off. Rubbish product. 2 extra ordered I didn't want. Repeat payments I didn't want.
Blame myself for stupidity in ordering rubbish. Tring PayPal for help not easy!

O stars total rip off! My parcel was seemingly delivered to someone in England I stay in Scotland. PayPal no help at all as they say parcel was delivered!

Same as the others, they added items that I did not want at checkout, they said free shipping but added $34 in handling fees, they added a recurring payment on my PayPal account without my consent. Yes, they claim the items are from Australia. I have cancelled the recurring payment and received a refund for the bulk of the order through PayPal but the original amount that they set up a recurring payment for of $35 is still under review.

Faulsly advertised as Australian made yet it’s made in China and no help from palpay don’t buy from this company. Once you start to complain about them they take down the advertising

Do not go anywhere near this company.
I originally expected to buy through Bnodo, but it went to fitody.
The order was not the original price, no free postage as advertised, recurrent fee incurred (which I have stopped).
Inquiry via Paypal indicated no tracking number found, order number not recognized, no logistics provided.
I have lost $150 because I was not vigilant. Paypal no help. Not using them again either.
The offer was too good to be true!
Buyer beware.

On their invoice they leave a lot off.They nearly doubled the cost with add ons when I got the Paypal invoice. Hong Kong based. Impossible to get in touch with. Avoid this company like the plague.

I was scammed by this company also for approx. $150.00, Was charged 3 times for 3 different orders I didn't want.\Pay Pal was no help either.

This so-called company seems to be based in Hong Kong. Their Facebook adverts are designed to lure you in to an associated webpage called Metrafitra.com. They are supposedly selling their special weight loss product called GLP-1 which claims to help you come off the injected weight-loss products like Mounjaro etc. and maintain the effect. Worryingly they claim to be endorsed by the NHS and also Boots Chemists. It is very doubtful that you will ever receive anything and if you do, it won’t work at all. There is no mention of these health products on their webpage either.

i don't recall ordering anything from this company. I discovered the charges when I looked at my Paypal account. There is NO published phone number, but there is an email address, which is very similar to another email address. Trust Pilot rates them 21 out of 100 for honesty. I will be watching my accounts to see if there are other unanticipated charges. (grrrrr) It is EXTREMELY difficult to get someone to answer your questions. They will eventually answer your email, but not the exact questions you have asked.

Bei mir haben Sie ungerechtfertigter Weise über 100€ abgebucht, obwohl ich nur für 9,90€ die Berechtigung erteilt habe. Und bekommen habe ich leere Mails.

Ich werde Strafanzeige wegen Gewerbsmäßigen Betrugs stellen. Denn ich will mein Geld zurück.

NIE wieder werde ich etwas bei FB, Insta oder solchen Plattformen bestellen. Bis jetzt war alles Mist.

Grosse arnaque. Pour un paiement initial de 22,96€, ils m'ont prélevé 78,30€. Et bien sûr je n'ai jamais été livrée. Heureusement j’ai payé avec PayPal, J’ai été remboursée intégralement.habituellement je suis super méfiante mais lâ je me suis fait avoir en beauté 😡

I was charged a SHIPPING fee when it said there was FREE SHIPPING. I was charged an insurance fee, when I NEVER requested, insurance. A week later, I was charged and international FEE. I have attempted to contact SEVERAL times, WITHOUT reply. I have launched a complaint with PAY-PAL and if that doesn't work, I'll launch a dispute with my bank. I'm, also, going to report to the BBB. PLEASE, stay away from this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I gave it one star because you can't give any less.

2. Wanneer postbedrijf pakket niet goed afleverd. Blijft actie van hun uit weg.

Ich habe die selbe Erfahrung gemacht.Statt einer Packung habe ich 2 Bestellungen aufgegeben.Aber ich habe gedacht das ich in De bestellt habe.die eine Packung kam nach vielen Wochen,konnte sie nicht mal lesen woher nur an der Chinatüte.Die andere Sendung ist garnicht angekommen.Sie behaupten DPD hat geliefert ich sollte mal schauen wo diese Sendung liegt.Hohe Bearbeitungsgebühr wovon nicht stand.Geld zurück zwecklos.Und jetzt nicht mehr erreichbar.Hände weg von Werbungen auf Facebook zum größten Teil nur Betrug oder man muss alles überprüfen.

Ein Stern ist zuviel, eigentlich müsste es Minussterne geben.
Es wird wie immer der Eindruck erweckt, die Firma kommt aus Europa.
Erstens die Ware kommt nicht an. Aber eine angeblich schnellere Lieferung ( max 2-3 Tage) lässt sich die Firma sogar mit Zusatzversandkosten von min. 3 Eur vergüten.
Zweitens wird das so genannte Schnäppchen ( 2 für 1 ) rechnerisch aufgebauscht, plötzlich werden zB. 12,58 EUR für die Verpackung aufgeführt , (mehr als 30%)! die nirgendwo im Angebot erwähnt wurden.

Die Firma ist so unseriös. Finger weg.
Ich hoffe, andere lesen das jetzt, bevor sie bestellen.

I ordered from Ireland.It was said produced in Ireland no delivery costs for 41,96€.I paid by PayPal and they took 50,35€ without notice beforehand.Looked again in the advertisment( what I should have done earlier) and the company sits in China.I have reported the ad several times so that it can be taken down.End of story I canceled using the customer service on the same day and today PayPal wrote that I will get my money back tomorrow.
