This is my first attempt at exercise after several major operations, the initial question provide the app with information to set a program right for you. 14 days in now feeling good. Exercises are well constructed, although the music can be a bit load over the explanations. So far so good. Also lost 2 kg!! Gives me more energy.

App lever ikke op til forventningerne.
En ting er at øvelserne måske ikke lige er mig, men de udføres meget hurtigt på skærmen af en veltrænede mand. Som kvinde var det ret demotiverende. Og tempoet kan slet ikke lade sig gøre.
En anden ting er at man ikke kan streame træningen op på tv'et. Hvilket gør at man ikke kan følge med så snart øvelserne sker på gulvet. Jeg fulgte kun programmet en gang og ville så opsige og fortryde købet med penge retur. Men det var så ikke muligt, da man skal bruge programmet 7 dage for at kunne få penge retur.
Det er yderst dårlig kundeservice.
