Fit4Me is repeatedly trying to charge me without providing any service
A few weeks ago, I saw a link on Instagram from Fit4Me. It offered a weight-loss plan link. I clicked the link and made a $9.99 payment to receive the service. However, I never received any link, service, confirmation email, or any other communication. As a result, I blocked Fit For Me in my bank account.
Despite this, in the past 11 days, Fit 4 Me has made 3 attempts to charge my account (totally about 110 USD).
I would like to note that not only did I receive no link or service from Fit4Me, but I cannot find even a single confirmation email in my mailbox to contact them and ask them to unsubscribe me and stop trying to charge my bank account.

I paid for a service and found low quality video that was completely uninteresting. My bad. But surprisingly received a message from my bank for renewal of my subscription that was never accepted. I could not find a single email from them. Stay away!

Anna was wonderful! She went out of her way to help me. I requested a refund and it was actually through another company. She gave me the correct email address for the company I needed and I was able to request the refund. She was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond! I highly recommend her.

Als Nächstes ist eine Email im Postfach, dass sie monatlich 39 Euro abziehen werden.
Man darf hier nicht schreiben, wie man solche Vorgehenswiesen rechtlich bezeichnet.

Disrupts the flow
Hi Fit for Me team,
I’ve been using the platform for my workouts and wanted to share some feedback regarding a recurring issue.
During the exercises, the video frequently freezes or lags, which disrupts the flow of the workout. This makes it difficult to follow along properly, especially when trying to coordinate the movements with the instructions on screen.
This issue has been affecting my overall experience, and I hope it can be addressed soon. A smoother synchronization between video and exercises would make a big difference.

Was not impressed with the cancelling…
Was not impressed with the cancelling of this app. Had to go into hospital for major operation. Tried cancelling app as I knew I would be off work over 6 weeks.
Still took out over £46 a mth, after op tried cancelling again. Finally got a response, as they were sorry to hear of my illness health they would refund me 50% off at £19.48. One thats not 50% plus already tried to cancel they still took my money. Dont subscribe, very hard to cancel. More about the money than your wellbeing.

Leider musste ich ein Stern geben, da weniger nicht geht. Ich habe mich nur für eine Testphase für 9,99 Euro angemeldet. Nichts weiteres. Ich war mir sicher, dass ich kein Abonnement abgeschlossen habe. Leider bin ich in die Falle gefallen.
Die Übungen waren auch ganz normale Übungen wie bei Wand- Pilates, nicht asiatische Übungen wie in Werbungen.

Ik heb een proefabonnement gekocht en heb meteen het abonnement opgezegd, ik had hier van andere de verhalen gelezen, in de app staat ook dat ik het gecanceld heb. Maar tot mijn verbazing hebben ze alsnog 39,95 van mijn rekening afgeschreven met als antwoord op mijn mail nu, dat het niet goed bij hun was binnengekomen en dat ik het niet goed had opgezegd, terwijl het bij mij wel duidelijk was opgezegd. Nu kan ik het geld niet meer terughalen.
