Great job Temitope renewed our annual Policy

Easy to talk to, Charlie was really comunative
At middle eighties web sites and such are not easy to get right, perhaps after an hour of re tries so I spoke to Charlie he was great, new the work back to front and talked us through a successful business arrangement

Elderly Disabled Drivers Ripped off causing undue stress
I got my renewal from fish previous year £809+ renewal premium was over £3000 which last year they claimed was a MISTAKE but amended it to the £809.24 I accepted it this year March 2026 again my renewal after 9 years with them NO claims the renewal IS for £2.979.68 but after trying to sort it?? I’ve had to make a COMPLAINT a complaint which they say will take 4 weeks WHY because by then my insurance will have run out this is causing me a Great deal of anxiety how many more disabled drivers are being treated like this after 9 years of being a customer with no claims or is my AGE a problem even though they claim to specialise for Elderly BLUE Badge disabled DRIVERS I got a response from Fish how can they get so confused and incompetent they claim one off the main reasons for the extortionate increase was down to the change of CAR being a BRAND NEW CAR?? It’s a 25 Reg with over 10.000 miles on the clock and to continue with their incompetence I got TWO renewals for my LAST car and my PRESENT (Brand New Car) Sorry I meant my 25 Reg with 10.000+ miles I hope the Ombudsman takes this complaint more seriously?

Our complaints team are working hard to resolve this for you and have investigated your complaint with urgency.
The four weeks would have been mentioned as precaution and to set expectations due to average complaints process can take up to eight weeks with FCA compliance in mind. Despite this we're turning this around sooner given the nature and time restraints you have.

Excellent Customer Service
The phone was answered promptly. No long waiting time. I dealt with a young man called Charlie. I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience Charlie has an excellent product knowledge. He discussed the available types of insurance. He was thorough and able to answer all my questions. When preparing the quote he checked my answers making sure I fully understood the terms of the policy and that it would suit my needs. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into buying a policy. I did take out a policy for a Mountain Trike e Trike mobility wheel chair. Fish is one of the few companies who recognise the Mountain Trike range of all terrain wheel chairs.
Thank you Charlie for such professional service. You are an asset to the company. I wish you well in your future career with them.
