As a completely free service, is perfect for sporadic messaging or really light browsing.
Happened to be a little buggy (one time for a sudden loss of connectivity, another for an installation error after their recent service upgrade), but the support team is kind and really responsive.
Didn't try the premium options, but definitely will the time I'll need to work outside EU.
Even though not perfect, 5 stars for the innovative idea, keep it going.

I travel a lot and have tried a few different mobile services but I love this company, their service is just the best for travel most competitive pricing and customer service is top notch. You can get connected the moment the plane touches down and they have plans for everyone. Five stars for Firsty!

Super easy, great value, and really good live chat support if you need it. I needed a hand after accidentally deleting my eSIM and Julia helped me!

The chat response was rapid & friendly, felt really supported throughout the experience, haven't tried the app or eSIM as not yet in country of destination.

This isn't a review of the working service but of how support works. I wasted quite a bit of time with Firstly's AI bot that seemed convincing to begin with and seemed to even read uploaded phone config screenshots and confirm my config was good. Then it got less responsive and kept saying that I had not replied... while I was waiting for it. Got transferred to a human who eventually found the issue wasn't technical at all but with my plan not having been activated. The bot had my ID so could have checked that quickly.

I am staying in an area with really poor mobile data and need to check all 4 UK networks to find the best at my accommodation address. Firstly does cover all 4 networks so fulfils that need, I can test them one by one then may buy an extended plan.

Firsty voor Turkije aangeschaft, helaas krijgt geen verbinding met netwerk. Locale e-sim aangeschaft, werkt meteen.

Nou maar eens kijken hoe we het betaalde tegoed kunnen terugkrijgen, zal wel een gebed zonder einde worden.

Inmiddels 17 september maar geen enkele reactie van Firsty, had beter gehoopt maar zodra het over geld terug geven gaat laten ze niks van zich horen. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf.

Inmiddels 10 mails verder, maar een oplossing komt er niet. Ze verzinnen steeds wat anders. Dus lekker pech, geld weg.
Net bericht gehad van Firsty, ze zeggen het geld terug te storten, ff afwachten maar ziet er naar uit dat het goed gaat komen.
23 september, geld is inmiddels terug gestort. Uiteindelijk toch netjes afgehandeld Firsty.
Beoordeling geen 5 sterren, maar vanwege de terugbetaling toch 4 sterren gegeven.

The rate is based on here and now. Quick help and solution. Take care that you know how to use the application before making a trip. The backup is 24/7 a serious must when you're alone in a place without a confidant language of instruction.

It is very great and here is why

- Free plan gives you 300mb of free data every 24h

- It's great for emergencies or on vacation

What isn't so great but I don't blame them

-The so called free infinite plan is only 300mb what makes it infinite is it resets every 24h after first use it is so poeple don't abuse it

Total scam. I ordered a plan for my trip in Switzerland. Didn’t work for a single minute.

Contacted support, they tell me I’m lying while the app clearly shows that I used 0Mb of my plan 😓

Avoid at all costs. They do not even refund when their service is not working.
