Snel en goed internet tegen een goede prijs
Voor onze vakantie in Egypte had ik het First Class pakket gekocht. Zodra we geland waren heb ik het pakket geactiveerd en direct en snel toegang gekregen tot onbeperkt snel internet. Werkte top! Ook de mobiele hotspot voor de tablet van mijn dochter werkt goed. in een week tijd ongeveer 14GB gebruikt voor 28,-. Volgens mij een prima deal.

Firsty, bizar goed snel en goedkoop internet
Firsty, de eerste keer dat ik deze service met esim en app gebruikt heb, maar zeker niet de laatste keer! Vanaf nu overal in het buitenland ga ik Firsty gebruiken. Vanaf moment 1 werd het heel duidelijk uitgelegd hoe het werkte. Zodra ik ik Costa Rica aankwam had ik goed en snel internet! Met de makkelijke filmpjes was het heel makkelijk de esim te downloaden en goed te installeren. Zo gepiept, supersnel en ook nog eens goedkoop! Aanrader!

Nie polecam oszustwo i słabej jakości net
Witam skorzystałem z płatnej wersji first class przez tydzień czasu w UK , zaczynając od minusów to tak strasznie słaba jakość internetu non stop zrywało internet , nie dajcie się nabrać na internet bez limitu to chwyt marketingowy macie 5gb czystego internetu dziennie. Z plusów jedynie cena choć za 5gb dziennie znalazłem lepsze oferty . Nie pozdrawiam oszustów 🙏😤 kontaktowałem się oczywiście z działem pomocy i pani powiedziała że mi nie pomoże , użyłem internet w normalny sposób , trochę filmów oglądałem, pisałem na social media. Po poproszeniu o dodaniu internetu jeszcze 1gb powiedziała pani że nic nie doda .

Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Bardzo nam przykro, że Twoje doświadczenie z Firsty nie było zgodne z oczekiwaniami. Chcielibyśmy lepiej zrozumieć Twoją sytuację – czy możesz nam powiedzieć, w jaki sposób udało Ci się zużyć 5 GB dziennie, jeśli jakość internetu była tak słaba? Zależy nam na tym, aby rozwiązać ewentualne problemy.
Chcemy również zapewnić, że w planie First Class masz dostęp do nielimitowanego internetu. Jak każda firma eSIM, stosujemy jednak politykę uczciwego użytkowania (Fair Usage Policy), aby zapewnić stabilne połączenie dla wszystkich użytkowników. Niemniej jednak, jeśli doświadczyłeś problemów z jakością sieci, chętnie przyjrzymy się temu bliżej.
Jeśli masz dodatkowe uwagi lub chciałbyś podzielić się szczegółami dotyczącymi swojej lokalizacji i problemów z siecią, prosimy o kontakt – chętnie pomożemy.

Everything went smoothly! The ability to add and remove countries as needed is by far the best feature I’ve come across. As soon as I discovered it, I purchased internet for my entire trip, knowing I could switch countries on the fly. Amazing!

Excellent service and super-fast internet!
During my stay in Vietnam, I used Firsty for my internet, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The setup was quick and easy, and the connection was stable and lightning-fast everywhere. No interruptions during video meetings or streaming, which was very important to me.
Additionally, the customer service was friendly and quickly available for any questions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable internet in Vietnam.
