Great training session
Jess was really welcoming & friendly. She provided great training that was simple to understand & made you feel confident that you’d know what to do if you had to provide life saving support to someone. I liked that there was chance to practice what you were being shown. She was really good at answering questions. I was amazed at how much we covered in an hour.

Jessica was super friendly and nice
Jessica was super friendly and nice. She explained very well and easy to understand for everybody. She was very sensible with all of us and also aware of our emotional wellbeing doing the training. It was really nice to meet a wonderful woman like her.

Excellent and knowledgeable trainer
Over the years, I have attended many first aid courses and this was the first one where I did not have any trouble maintaining interest in the subject. The trainer's style of teaching is relaxed and had time for questions from the group. The trainer is very knowledgeable and supported by her para-medic training was able to share past experiences.
