First mats
I ordered up a Mat for my home and was very disappointed that it didn’t arrive as scheduled.
I sent a email regarding this and was told it was the courier company’s fault.
I asked for a refund and I waited over a week to receive my refund.
I don’t understand why this company just couldn’t use an other courier and deliver my Mat.
Mr Rees.

Hi Mr Rees,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused with your order.
Your mat was dispatched promptly from our warehouse, but unfortunately the delivery did not go as expected. While the issue occurred with the courier, we fully appreciate that you placed your order with First Mats and that the overall experience is ultimately our responsibility.
I’m also sorry that your refund took longer than it should have to reach you. We have reviewed what happened and have since been looking closely at our courier arrangements to help prevent similar issues going forward.
I have also contacted you personally to apologise and to try to put things right.
Once again, I’m sorry that we fell short of the service you should expect from us, and I hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in First Mats.
Warm regards,
Jack

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration caused by the delay with your order and for not getting back to you as promptly as we should have. We understand how important it is to know where an order stands, especially when you're waiting on it.
This was an isolated hold-up, and we're glad we were able to get your mat completed and the situation resolved. We've taken your comments on board, particularly around call-backs, so that customers are kept properly updated. If you feel your experience has changed now that everything has been sorted, we'd be grateful if you'd consider updating your review. If there's anything else we can help with, please call us on 0121 702 1659.
Kind regards,
The First Mats Team
Very nice, easy process
It was easy to order and upload my logo, the pdf displayed correctly and I could alter the sizes and position for a perfect fit. Payment was super easy too. The final product has arrived and is a great representation of what I wanted. My only missing piece of the jigsaw was knowing where in production and postage things were, and the actual courier updates were slow. I would definitely order again - time will tell me more regarding the long term quality and durability but for first impressions it’s an A star
