Bad customer service/ no refund
Tried to contact them to get a refund for almost a year now and they still ghosting me so yeah don't fall for this scam, can't wait when I'm in the UK to visit the owner :))

My go to for nic pouches. I sometimes get an alternative in my order but its pretty much like for like, last time they did that I actually preferred the switch and got a free sample as well. Long live first line pods!

Recieved my order within time stated, the mystery 10 includes some very good pouches and my order of 10 kurwa was correct. Very satisfied definitely coming back. Only advice i would give js the whatsapp customer service, i sent a message asking about my order status and it was not replied to. Other than that, a perfect order from a good company

Absolute rubbish and disturbing dont get scamed by their offers
For them offers mean expire item
And expiry dosent mean after expiry 1 or 2 week
I was scamed ordered 40 packets and it was in detail close to expire but they have sentme items which expired 1 year and 3 month ago who is gonna use it its illegal and clearly kind of scam
Will never ever buy from them
Does passed shelf expiry means 1 year and 3 month after expiry ?

We are sorry you are unhappy with the order.
I can see you ordered the Nicotine Pouches which were £1 per tub. On the description of the product it stated “PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT HAS PASSED ITS SHELF EXPIRY DATE. - They are safe to use, the effect of nicotine may be a little less.” It does not state that they were close to expiry but in-fact past expiry.
This is the reason for such a cheap price.
Please contact our support if you have any concerns and we will do our best to solve them.

Very fast service (arrived next day by regular post). Good range of products. Some better than others, but you will always get that. Good range of prices to suit everyone. Will be using again.

Excellent customer service
I've been buying nicopods from First Line Pods for some time.
In my experience with on line nicopod suppliers they leave the competition standing. A number of times I have been blown away by the speed and professionalism of the company. I was expecting to give them the inevitable benefit of the doubt with occasional mistakes that seem to be the norm from time to time with online ordering.. no such worries.
My orders have been right, fast and efficient each and every time (I order my nicopods 20 boxes per order).
Genuinely, for what it's worth I would have no hesitation in endorsing this company 100%

I have checked the tracking number of your order in reference to your review.
I can see that the order was delivered the next day after you placed the order according to Royal Mail tracking. I have also checked our chat logs and can see you have not tried to contact us regarding this.

Avoid - non-existent customer service
Avoid! Sent me the wrong products and still have not responded to me after emailing twice and sending a message through the website contact page. Mobile telephone number for customer service - this should have been a red flag - goes straight to voicemail. Took a chance as my usual website didn’t have the Nordic spirit pouches I use in stock but shouldn’t have bothered. No way to run a business.
