We’re surprised by this review, especially as you’ve been a regular customer with us and this is the first feedback we’ve received from you.

To clarify for anyone reading, the items in this order were purchased from our clearance section at 99p, which is a heavily discounted category specifically for products that are close to or past their best-before date. This is clearly stated on the clearance page before buying.

Nicotine pouches do not become unsafe after the printed date. The best-before date relates to flavour and freshness, not safety, which is why these products are offered at a significantly reduced price.

Nothing in this order was misrepresented. The products were sold exactly as described and priced accordingly.

If you had contacted us directly, we would have been happy to explain this, as we have done with many other customers.

Recently switched from vaping to nicotine pouches and found them hard to get at local supermarkets for a decent price. I discovered this site online and was blown away by the huge selection. Even better, the prices were great, and they carry the higher-strength pouches, just like I used to vape. I love that I can use them anywhere—on long trips, in the car—without needing a vape.

The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving the next day, and they even included a freebie! Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
