I have two teenage boys and I really do believe that these vitamins have helped enormously, giving them the added nutrition needed to support their physical and emotional well-being. I would highly recommend them. I keep them in the fridge and the boys like the texture and taste.

I absolutely love these multi-vitamins! They taste great and stay soft and chewy. I have more energy that lasts all day. They have helped regulate my gut as well. They have helped with my brain fog. I love that they come in refill bags and I can put them in the container I already have. I highly recommend to everyone! I even got the ones for men for my husband and adult son.

Shipping was fast! Product information was clear and easy to find. Within a week I was sleeping better and just overall feeling good!

Bought these in order to replace the minimal melatonin dose I gave to my daughter due to having issues falling asleep and staying asleep all night. She's been on these for the past 2-3 nights and last night was the first night she didn't wake up during the night. She seems to already have more energy. Going to see how it continues but looking awesome so far.

These are the only vitamins that my kids will eat and actually love. He feels better when he takes his daily vitamin.

We went through a period of time trying all kinds of different vitamins and probiotics for my oldest son who is a picky eater and had some terrible (and smelly) digestive issues. Literally within a week or two of FirstDay pre, post, probiotics, everything is in working order, no more tummy troubles! Both of my kids look forward to their FirstDay vitamins every day.

I love what First Day is doing for my grandkids. I know that they are getting the nutrients they need even when they are missing them in what they don't or won't eat. Much Mahalo First Day for making it easy for our family to have that reassurance.

I have tried numerous vitamin brands and subscriptions only to finally land on the winner. These literally taste like gummy bear candy. If I forget to put them in my girls’ breakfast plate, they immediately ask me for them. Finally a winner!

Children love the gummies and I’ve noticed an extreme difference in their overall behavior!!!!

I recently tried another brand of vitamins before finding First Day as I was looking for vitamins with good ingredients. The ingredients were good, but the taste and texture were not. It was a battle trying to get my kids to take that brand. After I tried them, I could see why. Then, I found First day, and the ingredients are great, and my kids actually ask for them and like them! It might sound like it, but this is really not a sponsored review. The vitamins are just worth the great review!

I have been using the first day women's gummies for a few months. They were ok. I was on a subscription plan. My previous order was 3 bottles(pouches or whatever you want to call them) so I didn't need more yet and paused my subscription. Then I got a email saying my order was sent as well as a notice from PayPal of the charge. Figured it was my error so went with it. Then I just got another email notification of another order and billing from PayPal! I had just double checked my account and confirmed it was paused! Contacted customer service and advised them there was and error. Her response was there's nothing we can do it's shipped. Now I feel scammed. Basically too bad for me. Do not order from this company, unless you want to be sucked into their blackhole forever. Definitely not worth it! I received a response from first day indicating they want to make this right and please contact them directly. However I did that, twice! They gave me the same response twice, there's nothing they will do because it has shipped. Seriously they want me to contact them for a third time?!

Like most parents, I have gone through the trial and error process of finding a vitamin your kid will take with minimal complaining. First Day to the rescue! Not only does she love taking them, she gets excited for her "yummy gummy"! She also loves the sun and star shapes. Thank you for helping my picky eater get the nutrients she needs.

These vitamins are GREAT! They taste so good and are made with organic fruits and vegetables. I’ve been taking women’s daily supercharge for about a year now and have noticed improvements. I’m not the best at eating vegetables so this is a great way to get nutrients I’m missing out on.
