My son looks forward to his vitamins each day and I love knowing we are helping full nutritional gaps without dyes.

Terrible company!!! My grandkids didn’t like these vitamins and their customer service is awful no one to talk to, only through text.

We bought vitamins from them for a bunch of years and we have an excess so I paused the subscription. They didn’t warn me that they were sending the next shipment until the middle of the night and a few hours later told me it was too late to stop the order. Then they only offered a 30% discount. I’m bummed but canceled our subscriptions.

2 weeks of taking the gummies and I'm finding myself feeling more alert, and no mid-day crash. Very happy with purchase.

My daughter loves taking vitamins. For a healthy child with mild ADHD, and a very diverse and healthy diet, no one was recommending vitamins for her, but when we were going through a tough time, I bought her vitamins and it became sort of a love language of self-care and mutual attention to her health. She is a busy, high achieving student athlete, and there are times she gets rundown, so it’s nice to know there is a vitamin formulated for teens with not too much or too little of the essential things. The company is attentive and personal as well.

My family didn't like the vitamins, but that's a taste and texture issue.
I just wanted to praise the customer service reps and their return policy.
They refunded my money with no problems. With to many companies leaving customers on read, this was a huge plus in my mind!!!

My first order came and charged - we paid and we cancelled future orders it’s expensive and don’t think it’s doing any more than regular vitamins so why spend $$ xtra money $40-$80 a month .. they shipped even after we cancelled we refused the package so it went back to them and they charged us $114 .20 on our credit card

Email wrote several messages nothing is positive honoring our request called #833-749-1103 no Response

CANCEL credit card is all you can do so they stop charging but now we have to change cable other monthly bills set big inconvenience … I’d say a sham company don’t start with them you can’t get out cha Ching for big money …. Sally and nelson

I received my first shipment but I asked that I do not receive any more. What do I get, another shipment!!! ]
In trying to contact First Day, I try to fill out their form but it keeps changing to "receive a 30% discount". How do I get these shipments stopped and how do I send the shipment back that I get

First, this is not a review about the supplements as I never got so far as to buy them. This is an customer service review. I'm hoping will get resolved quickly.
I found First Day through an Instagram promotion. When you click on their site, it offers a "wheel" to spin so you can get a discount off your first order. I received a discount of 36%. I provided my contact details and received the code. When I clicked the supplement bottle I wanted, it said at the bottom that shipping was FREE. I also added some pre & probiotics as well. When I put the code in, it only gave me 25% off and added $5 for shipping. When I reached out to customer service about the discrepancy and provided screen shots, they simply said that the only way to get the full discount & free shipping was to subscribe. Well, I haven't tried the product yet so not sure I want to subscribe. Most importantly, that was not communicated in any of the descriptions. They agreed that it was not and the "messaging was unclear", that they would "take the feedback to the team to make it more transparent moving forward". I asked them to honor the discount and free shipping this time since it was their messaging issue. They declined with a fluffy BS response.
The refusal to honor their word for a new customer is an lack of integrity of the business. It wouldn't have cost them more than the shipping price to honor their original offer and they would have gained a new loyal customer.
Now, they have lost a customer and have this review.

We love these gummies. My grandson loves to take them-- no fussing about it. Shortly after taking them, he is calmer. Usually, 30 minutes to 1 hour later, he falls asleep and sleeps through most nights. These are noticeable differences prior to starting on these Nighttime gummies.

I LOVE knowing that not only my kids are getting clean vitamins and supplements but also my husband and I. Our whole family has switched to First Day and I love knowing that we all are getting the vitamins we all need daily. I have 1 kiddo that is a VERY picky eater and I now do not worry at every meal that she is not getting enough food to fill her vitamin/nutrient needs. Her mood has gotten SO MUCH better since we switched to First Day. I also can not tell you enough how much better we all feel. My husband and I have more energy and better focus, no more “parent brain”. Thank you First Day for making such great products!

Every experience has been great with First Day. They respond to any questions I have same day. The multi vitamin for my kids truly is the BEST. We have noticed a big change! We love First Day🫶
