Do not order if in Canada. Placed order and had to pay $45 in duty…
Placed order and had to pay $45 in duty to get into Canada and I still don't have my order. Ordered Dec 1 and it's now the 17th and my order has not moved in over a week. Super disappointed. Also, automatic subscription is brutal to try to get removed. Was looking forward to using these but between cost and no delivery not ok. Would not recommend if in Canada.

My kids hated the taste of these. I didn’t remember I had signed up for subscription—swore I had canceled it after ordering, and to my dismay, was shipped another $72 of vitamins. Responded immediately to the renewal confirmation, days before the item even ships, and they were unwilling to stop the shipment. Don’t waste your money with these guys.

We just completed our first week on First Day gummies and I am amazed at how much easier homeschooling is!!! They are both doing so much better at sitting and finishing their work without getting distracted!!!!

These are the only vitamins my 6yr old will eat! She even asks me for them if I ever forget! According to her, “they taste like candy” and she calls them her “bonus snack” everyday. Happy kid, happy Mama!

Best vitamins on the market bar none
I absolutely love this company on all fronts. My picky, neurodivergent kids eat these gummies every morning and I have no issues with it. Other vitamins are pumped full of sugar or have a bitter taste that they won’t eat.
Additionally, I had to contact customer support because I accidentally created a second subscription in addition to the one I already had and the representative I talked to was super sweet and made the process easy to cancel the one I didn’t need. A lot of subscription companies make cancelling a subscription almost impossible and you still end up getting charged but this was quick and painless.
I also love that they send you a cute bottle the first time and then a refill bag after that. Great for the environment and reduces unnecessary waste.
10/10 recommend First Day!!!

Compared to a few other vitamins we've tried that aren't loaded with sugar, these are the only one my daughter asks for and doesn't complain about taking! Having a somewhat picky eater (hello noodles, nuggets and grilled cheese), I love knowing she is getting nutrients she needs.

No “yucky stuff”
I was looking for a vitamin for my kiddo, wanted to give him something without all the “yucky” things that seem to be common in vitamins…. We are on month 2 and so far nothing major in change … subtle things like more energy. Which is a huge success for him. Really wish this was available without all the international “added” charges. Going to hang on as 3 months seems to be the common time frame for success.

Amazing product. My son loves it .My 10-year-old son had red welts that were itching on his legs that never went away, but now he has nothing. He's been taking two bottles of vitamins thank you for this amazing product.

Great taste but not as advertized effect yet
My daughter loves these gummies, she doesn't miss a day! However, I didn't see any of the advertized effects yet (better mood, eating better, more calm, etc.), and we're ~1.5 month into our trial. I subscribed for the automatic refill and i got the second package 2 weeks late (2 weeks after the end of the first batch). So far, not so impressed but I will give it more time to be able to fully assess.

Amazing product. My son loves it and I have noticed it after using the vitamins in a regular basis how his immune system and his sleep are better. We take the superfoods and the magnesium.

I desperately needed methylated vitamins for my 5 year old. She has MTHFR gene mutation. We totally avoid dyes and folic acid.

I ordered the No- Junk mutli vitamin for my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter. My daughter is a single mom and her child was having extreme meltdowns. She found this and asked me to buy it. WELL!!! What a change in the overall behavior in this little girl. While she still cries, she is obeying her mother. This has been a God send ! The other great thing about these is the nutritional supplement. She can be a picky eater so we love the balance these vitamins provide. Also I love the text messages to check on her plus how a percentage of what I spend goes to help others. Thank you for all you do.

I can’t update my review but I originally left a review November 7th or 8th. After a hell of a time trying to cancel, working with someone at this company who just kept pushing more things for me to buy, I left the review. Well I contact them like they ask and again, they push for me to come back and buy with a “20%” off next purchase. Why would I want to buy from them? Over priced, automatically puts you on subscription if you spin wheel for discount, very to hard to cancel, they won’t help you cancel without pushing more product first..disappointed is an understatement
