I thought I purchased a one time order but it was a subscription and received a 258 dollar charge to my surprise less than 30 days after ordering that I had no idea was going to occur. They make it VERY difficult to cancel subscriptions.

Both my picky kids liked these flavors
Both my picky kids liked these flavors. I also tried a couple and they were pretty good. I bought them for my youngest who was struggling with mood- and since she is a picky eater I wasn’t sure she was getting the cellular level needs. I have seen improvement in about 2 weeks of consistent use. I also noticed we didn’t get sick as long through the holidays.

I was very skeptical about this really…
I was very skeptical about this really making a change in my 13 yr old. BUT I was willing to try anything! And I promise you that after a week I could tell a difference. She wasn’t quite as moody and was actually engaging with her family. She has been on the gummies for about 2 months and I definitely make sure she doesn’t miss a day because we can’t go back to where we were. Is she still moody, yes…. Is her attitude better… 100 percent. My only complaint is that the gummies in the refill packet were kind of dried out. Taste the same she said but harder.

The vitamins were all stuck together in a big glob. Be very careful with the “subscribe and save” option, it billed me for two months every month and the company will not refund your money. It feels like a scam.

Teens don’t like it; bad customer service
My teens hate the smell & flavor but I’ve fought them to take the vitamins. We’ve seen no difference. Buyer beware customer service won’t work with you after their “45 day” window. It was also challenging to actually cancel my subscription. I thought I had but apparently “paused” it, so just be careful with this company. I asked if they would consider sending upcoming subscription reminders & they intentionally do not do that (that’s what they told me). They don’t care about their customers, only getting your money.

But I also believe it’s just as important to acknowledge when a company takes responsibility and does the right thing. In this case, while the process had its challenges, First Day ultimately handled the situation with integrity, and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve it properly.

I want to update my experience with First Day, as the company ultimately handled a complicated situation in a very solution-oriented way.
I placed my order at the end of November, intending it as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the first shipment never actually went out — only a shipping label was created — and after a month had passed with no delivery, the gift was missed. At that point, First Day promptly sent a replacement order, which I appreciated given how much time had already passed.
When that replacement was expedited via USPS, I was unexpectedly charged $68 CAD in release/import fees. This fee was not disclosed at checkout and was frustrating as a Canadian customer. After I raised the issue, First Day fully reimbursed the $68, which I genuinely appreciated.
What neither I nor the company expected was that the original order eventually arrived on January 9th via regular mail, with no extra charges at all. It appears the package had been lost or delayed in tracking. As a result, I did end up receiving extra bottles, but I understand why First Day acted quickly to reship once it was clear something had gone wrong.
For Canadian customers, it’s worth noting that regular shipping did not result in any additional fees, while expedited USPS shipping did — something to keep in mind when ordering.
On the product side, my two teenagers have tried the vitamins so far and like the taste, and the packaging is very well done. I’ll update further once we’ve had more time with the product.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I give credit where it’s due: First Day was responsive, fair, and focused on resolving the issue, and I appreciate the effort they made to make things.

As a mom of 4, finding the right vitamins and supplements for my kiddos can feel like a part time job. I want something natural, little to no sugar (and certainly not coated in it!), and that they would take willingly. First Day hit the mark for us. These might be the best vitamins but trying to buy them without a subscription is an ordeal. I put them in my cart I went to check out only to notice I had accidentally chosen a subscription. I took them out of my cart I tried again there are all these ads that popup repeatedly making it difficult to make a purchase. I put a purchase in my cart at 3 times only to notice that the subscription was chosen more popups come up asking for my email, my cell #, suggesting offers. I gave up, bought nothing but at least I am not stuck getting a repeated subscription that I don't want.

My 8 year old son likes the taste and appreciates that theyre gummies with health benefits. He takes the pre/probiotic and multivitamin. The gummies did come semi-stuck to each other so had to manually peel them off before taking two. Also, the container is plastic like most other vitamins.
