The gummies came clumped up.
The gummies came clumped up like they melted together. Even with shaking they do not break apart. We've had to just peel them apart. This issue was the same for all 3 of the bottles ordered. My teen daughter likes the taste of them though.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. It isn't easy to cancel, they don't send out reminders of upcoming shipments, and will not cancel it, no matter how much of a hardship it might cause, or how quickly you request it. I literally emailed support within minutes of receiving my order confirmation and was told it was too far in the process for them to cancel. If it hasn't even left your facility, then that's a LIE. It's not that you can't, it's that you won't. And it's especially important to note that I requested cancelation once before, but yet they claim they can't find a request being made for that. The product is overpriced and their customer service is absolute trash 🗑 Not to mention, the gummies taste so bad that my kids would cry when I would have them take it. I canceled like 2 or 3 months ago and haven't been charged since until this morning. I received the order confirmation at 3:23 am and sent my email to support at 3:52 am. You cannot convince me that within 20 minutes my order had been processed entirely. I have NEVER had this issue before, not even with meal delivery services. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received!

Avoid Subscriptions at All Costs
My preference would be to not provide a rating. At the beginning, I was pleased with First Day because my child liked the vitamins. However, I somehow ended up with multiple subscriptions and trying to cancel subscriptions is a nightmare. First of all, you cannot cancel a subscription via your account. The only way to cancel a subscription is via email to a generic address. There is no customer service number and no way to speak to a live person. I have had to reach out multiple times, and although I receive emails saying my subscription has been cancelled, it has not. Don't be a sucker just for what may seem to be decent vitamins. There are other businesses with similar or better quality that has much better business practices.

Their website is unclear and hard sell once you try to place an order. In retrospect, it feels like a scam. We didn't order a subscription, but that's what we got. Still trying to unwind it - good luck to us.

Terrible company
Terrible company I sign up for subscription thinking it would save money because they are expensive. First month was reasonable and the second month price skyrocketed seen them advertised way cheaper on Amazon and the company charges your shipping when you subscribe terrible company there’s other companies with the same kind of vitamins that are way better and treats our customers better don’t buy from this place.

My daughter is 16 years old, and I’ve seen this product on social media for a couple of years but was always hesitant to try it. I’m so glad I finally did. Her mood and energy levels have improved, and her skin and appetite are much healthier. She uses both the nighttime and daytime formulas, and they’ve made a remarkable difference. Amazingly, she even likes the taste—and she’s very picky. I’m loving it!
