Fireplaces 4 Life Ltd Arvostelua 

Ordered a fire a week ago, got delivered today. Didn’t have instructions however Sam was very helpful and got me them straight away.

The fire I received was value for money and came reasonably fast I would recommend this company as they do follow up afterwards to ask customer satisfaction I also have a seven year guarantee which I think is marvellous for the money I paid for a 4 kilowatt fire

Accepted my order and full payment and yet three weeks later advised me that it was no longer available.having accepted my money and retained it for three weeks, I would not order from this Company again.

Says 2-3 days for delivery and 3 weeks later still didn't have my goods after several phone calls gave up and cancelled the order

Delivery was very late. Staff kept giving excuses for late delivery. Had to ring twice about delivery three times. Had to threaten to cancel the order before I got any satisfaction. Will not be using the company again.

It took him 20 minutes to get it out of the van to my house (which was outside) & then he moaned he was too old to get it in the house so now it’s stuck on my driveway in the rain I have put tarpaulin on it.

I ordered a fireplace from Fireplaces4life. The next day I received email saying fireplace was not available and I would get a refund. My refund was in my bank the very next day. This was followed up with another email asking if I had received my money and was all ok. Exceptional service. I was amazed how quickly this was sorted. Marvellous service would highly recommend this company.

Not had my fire delivered yet had to.chase much longer delivery than expected

I ordered a fire and a surround, where it said it would take 7-10 days. This was on the 15th April. I called to check when it would be delivered and they told me the same. I understand Covid has made things more difficult, however they have not called me once! I have rung in and each time told a new date, that it is definitely booked in for. I have had to rearrange carpet fitters and fireplace fitters 6 times. Told I would be called this week and it was definitely booked in. Again i've just phoned and been told now its the 22nd, this time it's apparently booked in. Asked to speak to the manager and got told I was, Sam Hutchinson. Such bad customer service. No concern for the other two companies that have to keep being messed around. No apologies, no phonecalls and a defensive attitude. I got told by their management Sam "our customer service is not s**t". I understand delays but some contact from them to explain and some apologies. Its obvious they don't care about the customer experience as they have already got your money. Luckily SCS carpets and Fireplace-Fitters.co.uk have been amazing, their customer service has been outstanding and they have been very understanding.

I will never ever buy from these again it has taken 21 days so far. First they send me a valour gas fire then after 14 days they tell me that I must send them an email with pictures of the box and that it was the wrong fire there have been loads of other things but the worst has been the rudeness that I have had every phone call and I still do not have my fire I have asked for my money back 3 times I then on the 3rd time of asking get told to put it on an email and send it in why put a phone number on the ad. If everything has got to be done by email I have now involved the trading standards to hope that they do not get treated like I have been treated good luck to all rob cribben

All good but more notice of delivery would be good,driver call just one hour before which was the only notice given. A text or email a couple of days prior would save you having items returned to your warehouse I'm sure.

Excellent service and super fast safe delivery

Lovely fireplace, delivered on time, well packaged.

Ordered through internet. The delivery window passed and contacted them to ask when, said later that week (week 4 after order). Turned up the week after. I suggest if you order to leave at least 4 weeks for delivery. Have also ordered subsequintly a spacing kit for the fire. Was told 3/4 days and charged £10 delivery, the origional order was for £580. After10 days still waiting. on the plus side the fire turned up well packed. Wish I had ordered direvt from evonics.
