The Fireplace Fitters Company Ltd Arvostelua

We just used Fireplace Fitters to remove a gas fire and replace with electric fire. Excellent service from start to finish, very pleased with the final result, highly recommend

We were recommended Fireplace Fitters by Zigi Freplaces as it was proving difficult to find someone with the relevant experience who could install the fireplace surround we had purchased from a third party supplier.

Fron the outset, the communication from Gemma at Fireplace Fitters was excellent. We received a very detailed quotation with lots of additional options we hadn't even thought about!

We were interested in purchasing the Gazco Chesterfield 5 Electric fire to complement the fireplace. As Fireplace Fitters work with such a large range of suppliers, Gemma was able to obtain an even better price that I had seen online, which was fantastic :)

Our fitters on the day of installation were Paul and Stefan who were brilliant. With so many years of experience between them, they were able with install the fireplace with ease. They were also on time, very tidy and the end result was perfection.

It's so reassuring to work with a company who specialise in the fitting of fireplaces as someone with less experience may have took a lot longer and I don't think the results would have been as good.

Thank you Gemma, Paul and Stefan you all deserve five stars and I would definitely recommend Fireplace Fitters witout hesitation to anyone that needs a fireplace fitted.

Engaging with The Fireplace Fitters from the outset was very positive. They didn’t come across as just wanting a sale. Instead, they seemed to be really interested in what we wanted and then provided us with a range of options. When it came to measuring up, the team were very polite and keen not to be intrusive. Likewise when it came to delivery and fitting. The two guys that can to fit the fire surround were very polite and professional. They fitted the stone surround very quickly and they didn’t leave any mess at all. The finished surround looks amazing. As such, I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely family run business.

Since we originally contacted Fireplace-Fitters back in May our whole experience from ordering to having a replacement gas fire fitted went smoothly. Amy, has been very helpful throughout and been able to find answers to any questions we raised. We have no hesitation in recommending company.

Gemma was a delight to deal with - she was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our requests. I would recommend the use of fireplace fitters to anyone who wants a professional and faultless job done

Great professional & friendly service from both the office & installation teams. We are very happy with the log burner, stone surround & beam, looks amazing!!

If you are considering using them, we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommend this company for their support service as well as the fitters excellent professional work. My log burner was fitted with the minimum of mess & disruption to my home. They also did an excellent job of cleaning before they left, end result was amazing.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I used Fireplace fitters to work on 3 fireplaces in our home over a few consecutive years. The team where very professional and friendly and the end results are superb. I would highly recommend them. Jon, E8

The service from the fireplace-fitters started from the first email. Gemma helped me navigate the big world of stoves and the varying costs. She helped organise everything and personalised recommendations. The first site survey was on time and effiecency. Then Paul and Stefen arrived on time prepped and parked up out of my neighbours way. They cleared the area carefully and put protectors down in my lounge before getting to work. They then worked amazingly fast to fit my beautiful stove. Before showing me how to use the stove, some useful tips to maintain my stove and leaving me with the needed documentations.
I am a very happy customer and would recommend fireplace-fitters to all.

Excellent fireplace fitters, the work to install our fireplace was on time, quick and very clean, not easy to do with our uneven wooden floor.
We had to remove the fireplace 6 months later because we had to move houses, they removed the fireplace without a single mark on the wooden floor ! Great job, we highly recommend this company, you are in trustable hands !

Absolutely excellent service, clear communication from Gemma in the office and the people that fitted our fireplace were prompt, helpful and polite. Would recommend to anyone and use again.

Excellent service from start, finish and beyond!!
After many years of indecision we decided to replace our outdated gas fire with a dual fuel burner. I honestly can't thank Gemma enough for her advice, expertise and practical thinking (I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecision and constant questions). We're so pleased with the end result.
We had an upgraded liner, dual fuel burner (with large viewing window) and the most beautiful beam, with lights in (highly recommend the lights, it really makes a cosy atmosphere at night). Fitters were tidy, punctual and efficient; boarding out, skimming and fitting.
Communication throughout project was exceptional. Would most definitely recommend, 5 star service.

The team were outstanding from start to finish. Being based in Essex we weren’t sure if the team would service London but they did and the job was superb! As a log burner novice, Gemma was great in outlining all the different products, provide an early stage estimate and then arranged for a full survey to take place by Jordan. The fitting team of Paul and Stefan could not have been more professional and were very kind in showing us exactly how things worked. A 5 star service from a 5 star team - thank you!!

Highly recommended. Great service from start to finish. Removed old fireplace and refitted a new wood burner. Team that worked on site were efficient and considerate. Cleaned up during and after the job. Customer service coordinator was efficient with delivery of the quote, sourcing the materials and giving regular updates on any changes. 5 stars & well deserved!

We had a gas log-burning stove fitted recently by the team at Fireplace-Fitters. We are completely delighted with the result. The fitters themselves were polite, professional and very neat. Although they had to remove the fireplace surround to do the job, one would hardly have noticed afterwards but for a little wall paint retouching needed. From first contact with the company, we were impressed by the efficiency of the service. Gemma in the office was helpful and responsive at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend the company.

We had two fire surrounds (incl. slips & hearths) and one stove fitted as well as the chimney lined. Throughout the process, Gemma was very responsive and helpful in keeping us updated on the works. The team that installed everything arrived on time and was friendly, professional and left our living room clean and tidy.
We can only recommend Fireplace Fitters and are very happy with our fireplace!

Used these fire-place fitters to fit a new woodburner were an old gas fire was they made the opening bigger to allow the woodburner fit nice and tidy I wasn’t around but I gave them a key to let themselves in all in all a fantastic job great set of lads I highly recommend them ..

We wanted our original fireplace moved to another place in the house and a stove installed. Gemma and her team were professional and super efficient. Their knowledge and advice from how to move the fireplace and what stove to chose was invaluable. We would recommend this polite, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly company to everyone that is thinking about having a stove installed and/or a fireplace moved

We had fantastic service from Fireplace Fitters. Gemma, at the office, helped us with making decisions about our stove and with organising everything. Jordan and the other two fitters who installed the stove were friendly and professional and did a great job with minimal disruption and mess. We love our stove. It looks fantastic. Thank you very much for making the whole process so easy. Very fair price too. I highly recommend the company.
