We tried three brokers, FFP Solutions were the only one's to provide a mortgage.
We didn't have the best of credit rating and being turned down once and the other broker saying you have to go with an higher rate to get a mortgage and £200 more a month.

I would highly recommend FFP solutions. I had rented for many years, thinking I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. My son recommended FFP to me. I made an appointment and met with Richard and Sonja.
