I have never received the product
I have never received the product. The shipper SpeedX shows undeliverable. Finalputt has no phone number to contact a real person the Contact @ FinalPutt just takes you back to the GOOGLE page. I really don't belive you are a real company. I want a refund

We’re really sorry to read this, we completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we apologise for the confusion and lack of clarity so far.
First of all, we are a real golf brand based in the Netherlands, and we absolutely do not take money without delivering or resolving issues. When a carrier like SpeedX marks a package as undeliverable, it usually means there was a delivery or address issue, but that should never be left unresolved.
We don’t offer phone support, but we do respond to every email within 24–48 hours. Sometimes replies unfortunately end up in spam, which may be why it looks like you didn’t hear back.
Please email us directly at support@finalputt.com
with your order number and email address, and we will immediately issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. No arguments.
If we can resolve this to your satisfaction, we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review 🙏

Excellent experience with Final Putt. The impact stick and swing trainer are both top quality and genuinely useful training aids — solid, well-made and already helping improve my consistency and swing tempo.
