Excellent! I am from Vienna and it was my first order. I ordered 3 handbags which look exactly the same as in the webshop fotos and as described. Ok, the bags aren't cheap but they are very good quality. Like I know it from Milano. I received the order within 48 hours via FedEx with no extra costs. I am very happy with the bags and I am pretty sure to order again with Figus.

Sono molto soddisfatta su ogni aspetto felicissima di aver trovato delle mini bag in pelle ad un prezzo accessibilissimo bellissime e curate nei minimi dettagli e a completare il tutto super veloci nella consegna addirittura nel giro di 24h considerando che non abito in città cosa assai rara senza dover pagare alcun supplemento x la spedizione

The Labtob bag is a bit too small, the charging cable does not fit , but very elegant.
I have also ordered a Mini bag with a golden chain, there I’m a bit disappointed that I can not remove the chain and replace by a leather strap
I also believe that above 300 Euro the shipping should be included, So I got a voucher got the 22 Euro Shipping, which I appreciate
