J'ai reçu mon Book Nook avec une pièce cassée et j'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir s'il était possible de remplacer cette pièce.
J'ai été surprise, dans le bon sens, par la rapidité de réaction et de prise en compte de mon problème d'Eillen avec qui les échanges ont été aussi sympathiques que productifs.
J'attends actuellement l'arrivée de la pièce de rechange et remercie chaleureusement Eillen !

I love the product, and i have a excellent service because i have a problem with one item of my purchase. But the staff of the support service help me and give me a very good service.

I put my order in back on December 12th and am still waiting for delivery on January 12th. I sent out an email to customer service inquiring about my order - no response. I sent an enquiry to their shipper, Yunexpress - no response.

I contacted customer service regarding the above, and the representative was very helpful. I was able to receive my order, in good condition, a short time after writing the above review. Adjusted rating to 3/5 - delivery time was still very slow.

La experiencia es extraordinaria en todos los aspectos. La web es buenísima, la forma de realizar los pedidos es muy intuitiva y fiable. El tiempo de espera a la hora de recibir el producto es bastante reducido. Las cajas vienen súper bien embaladas y sin daños por el transporte. En cuanto al producto su calidad es extraordinaria, madera dura, gordita y llena de detalles. Las piezas encajan perfectamente entre sí y las instrucciones son claras y detalladas. Llevo bastantes modelos montados ya y no tengo ninguna queja. Los diseños son innovadores y preciosos. Estoy encantada con esta marca. Seguiré comprándola y recomendándola sin ninguna duda.

I have just completed the sewing nook. It was challenging but fun to do and satisfying. I love it! I have needed help from customer service with both this nook and my music one (missing parts/replacement parts when I broke them). Eillen was prompt in her replies to me, understanding and quick to offer solutions. I highly recommend this company.

I am so happy to do business with Fifijoy. If there is a problem Eillen quickly resolves it with kindness, efficiency, and excellent customer service. They have a huge variety of products, and they come carefully wrapped so nothing has ever been damaged. I have never received a product with missing parts, but sometimes I need help with instructions and Eillen responds immediately, and is willing to help with whatever I need. I've been buying from Fifijoy for 7 months. Whenever I needed a new wire/light set up or a dust cover they send it out immediately. Eillen who i deal with is professional and caring. She goes out her way to help me. She's a sweet person who always understands my problem. She is what makes Fifijoy awesome! They back there products 100%!

I cannot recommend this company and its products enough! I had a faulty sensor switch on a book nook set and they responded immediately. Given that we are in different countries they offered to send the piece free of charge if I payed for the shipping or they could add it to my package if I ordered a separate item. As I absolutely love their products I took advantage to get another set.

They are helpful with assembly questions, product questions, and are open to suggestions. They are so kind and helpful when I break a light kit and need to purchase a new one. The kits are so much fun and I really appreciate their selection and knowledge. I've assembled 20 so far. I WOULD like skill level be attached to each kit. Overall, excellent!

I received my booknook and I'm thrilled! It arrived on time and in good condition, without any hiccups, which is always a big plus.

Putting it together was much easier than I imagined. The instructions are clear and the materials fit together, making the process really enjoyable.

The end result is simply wonderful. It gives a magical and unique touch to my bookshelf, it looks like a mini window to another world! I'm in love with the level of detail and how well it complements my books. I definitely recommend it to all book lovers who want to bring their literary corner to life!

really great product. easy and fun to assemble

I have build two high quality Book Nooks of this brand. Sea Breeze was the first one and is my absolute favourite 😍 I really enjoyed it, but it took me a longer time, because it's full of small handmade details. Unfortunately I damaged the Switch Circuit Board. Fifijoy's Customer service communicated very quickly and friendly and send a new one quickly and free of charge. Now, with lights on, I enjoy the romantical and magical scenery of a Greek island even more! ✨️

I made the dark room set and I was blown away by the amount of detail put into it. Had so much fun putting it together and the touch sensor for the light was the cherry on top! Looks great on my shelf and definitely would recommend for any film photographer!

I loved making the 1940's Train Kit. After some patience and dedication it turned out beautiful. I was particularly thankful for the well made instruction book and the extra parts that the kit included. I also love that there is room for customization in this kit.

Really original product and super fun to make. Everything is well guided and it’s a pleasure to see the product take form. It’s very beautiful.
