Ja, vertrauenswürdig. Aber: viel zu teuer für die minderwertige Qualität. In meinem Fall das Magic house DIY. Schnell da gewesen, ohne Kleber, wie angekündigt. Man schneidet fast alles aus Papierbögen aus. Die Holzplatten sind teils extrem dünn. Viele Teile lassen sich wirklich nicht unfallfrei rausdrücken. Die Beschreibung lässt zum Ende hin total nach, man klebt auf gut Glück. Am Ende passt vieles auch nicht und in der angegebenen Reihenfolge kommt man an manches gar nicht mehr dran. Nirgends wird drauf hingewiesen, die Drähte der Lämpchen vor dem Verlegen und fixieren zu trennen (eine Ader Plus, die andere Minus). Zum Schluss fehlten Hinweise ganz. Manche Zahlen von Teilen waren in Rot ganz klein in den Text gedruckt. Zwei Lampen taten es gar nicht. Und und und....Wäre das mein erstes Projekt gewesen, hätte ich das Hobby völlig entnervt wieder aufgegeben.
Fazit: viel zu teuer (allein schon durch den Versand aus China) für so eine schlechte Qualität. Man muss zudem eine App runterladen, wenn man den Versand verfolgen möchte. Sorry, nie wieder. Da gibt es günstigere, die eine immens bessere Qualität haben und zum Stecken, statt rein zum Kleben sind und deren Beschreibung eindeutig ist

While out of wotk due to a spinal fracture, got hooked on 3D puzzles. Ordered 3. Per tracking info, they made it from China and ended up on a curbside outside a random house in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Sent multiple emails to company and didn't recieve a reply. Even found a phone number for the company and it was fake. So I am trapped at home with nothing to do and am out $187

It is now 3/14....original order date 2/10. Never responded to emails. Fortunate to get refund from PayPal. DO NOT ORDER

Website says US orders ship from warehouse in California. No they do not. Thats a complete lie.

I paid for expensive expedited shipping on what I thought was a domestic order based on their published shipping policies. It didn't even leave China to come to the US for a week.

Emailed them for refund of expedited shipping and they ignored me.

Lesson learned. I wont buy from them again.

Impossible to get a hold of them. My order is not coming in.
I've tried to cancel but no answer. Tried to contact them 5-6 times still no response. Not sure if this is a scam but I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

One of the worst shopping experience I ever have. Before placing the order, I asked support about how much time it will take to ship to canada via expedited shipping. I placed my order on 1st October and it has been now over 1 month and 10 days and I have no news about my order. Teaching the support is impossible. They do not reply at all. I was only able to reach out via instagram and that support too was non existent.

Sta away from them. Reposting the shop on shopify as well.

Je dois être à ma 10 ème maquettes, j'ai commencé par le château ambulant, et j'ai été surpris de la bonne qualité du produit, j'ai continué avec les vaisseaux volant ( dirigeables, bateau, navettes spatiale) il n'y a eu qu'un manque dans une commande réglé en quelques heures via le SAV, vraiment rien à reprocher !

ordered 2 booknook kits with expedited shipping to NZ sometime in the last month. Items arrived promptly enough and the correct prices were charged (not cheap but fair for quality) Kits were compact with no fancy packaging, as usual, shipping regulations meant no glue or batteries could be sent.

I usually buy rolife kits and find rokrgeek to be same or better quality. Instructions were easy enough to follow if you slow down and double check. very little glue is required as most parts fit together very snugly - precision cut. I have no problems with these items and will probably buy more when budget allows. My top tips, sand the join points on the part edges down smooth then use a brown colour pencil to even out the edge. look closely at the instructions and make sure pieces are together properly - and Patience!

These aren't just puzzles, they're functional sculptures. I made a manta ray and a nautilus. Both models are stunning and complex enough to keep you engaged for hours. Also, thank you for the surprise gift model - it's the little details like this that really make a big difference.

I’ve built many wooden and plastic kits, but this metal Manta Ray blew me away. It feels substantial in the hand and is clearly made to last. Assembly requires focus but is very satisfying. Would love to see more marine-themed models in the future!

As an engineer, I’m always skeptical of “high-end” mechanical models, but this one exceeded expectations. The gearing system is functional and elegant, and assembly was extremely rewarding. The instructions could use a tiny bit more clarity in one or two steps, but that’s part of the fun. Would definitely buy from Rokrgeek again.

I purchased the Steampunk Manta Ray as a gift to myself and was blown away by the craftsmanship. Every gear, every joint — perfectly engineered. It took me around 8 hours to build with care, and watching it move with the motor is oddly satisfying. Shipping to Michigan took about a week. Worth every penny if you're a fan of intricate builds with real display value.

Ordered 2 products total around $2k usd and only received one. They do not reply to emails, had to do a chargeback in paypal to get money back. takeing a huge chance here if you give them money

Le bateau pirate assemblé est vraiment spectaculaire ! J'ai acheté les couleurs violette et verte. Je pense toujours que le violet est plus beau haha. C'est juste un peu ennuyeux d'installer les cordes, il faut vraiment de la patience. Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'ensemble !

Ich bin dieses Jahr 78 Jahre alt. Das war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk von meinem Sohn. Ich liebe dieses Dampfrevolvermodell. Im Gegensatz zu den früheren Modellen, die ich gebaut habe, enthält es wunderschönes Papier als Dekoration. Es hat mir Spaß gemacht, es zusammenzubauen, und das fertige Ergebnis ist großartig und sehr hübsch. Das Einzige, was ich bedaure, ist, dass er nicht schießt.

I placed my order for two puzzles in November 2024. The day I placed my order the money came off of my credit card. I received no confirmation of my order for 3 days. After 30 days they sent me a useless tracking number that says the label has been created but the shipper (UPS) has not received the package yet. What a load of baloney! As of today it has been almost 60 days. The tracking still reports that the package has not been received. I am resigned to the fact that this company is bogus and has stolen my money. Very disappointed. Reporting them to BBB and every other agency I can find.

I would rate them a 0 if possible. The worst customer service ever. I purchased a product brand new and they will not assist with a missing piece that never came in the box. I have made plenty of these but never this brand. Rolife is far superior to this company they sent me a missing piece right away. I am so upset the set is garbage now. $60 down the drain.
