Thank you for the 5 star review Jemma, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.
average.
Very impressed with the speed of delivery and service provided by my company.
however the delivery driver was not helpful at all. I was on a call at the time of delivery, my disabled parents were outside of my house to collect the delivery on my behalf. Driver stated he "wouldn't even cut the straps off the pallet, remove items from his van or take the pallet they came on back to the warehouse" I understand being unionised, however, delivering during working hours and expecting recipients to, unload your van, carry the equipment, and dispose of your pallet is not applicable in the space of a lunch break. Driver was also visibly unhappy with the location of my house, complained about having to reverse out of my road.
Average service from your company.

Thank you Jade for taking the time to share your experience. We deeply value your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the driver's actions.
Regarding the pallet delivery, it's important to clarify that our furniture deliveries are kerbside only and the courier must collect the pallet once the item has been offloaded.
We understand that a smooth and professional delivery is crucial for a positive customer experience, and we are disappointed that this expectation wasn't met in your case. We will be providing your feedback directly to the relevant parties within the courier company to ensure such issues are addressed and hopefully prevented in the future.
We strive to continuously improve our delivery processes. We hope that despite this experience, you will give us another opportunity to meet your expectations in the future.

The products received are good
The products received are good. The process was quick from ordering to being delivered.
Was not happy with the delivery as the driver decided that because the pallet was to big to fit through my front gate he left it on the path outside. Luckily my husband was able to get it in quickly before it was stolen.
