Easy to order and affordable
Easy to order and affordable. Packaging was also excellent. One suggestion might be to have an indication of the queue is so we have a better idea of the actual delivery time.

Thank you so much, Eskil!
We're really happy you liked the quality and value of the prints. And thanks again for your understanding regarding the missing parts. Mistakes can happen, but we always make sure to put things right.
We hope you enjoy painting your miniatures, and we look forward to printing your next project!
The figures are incredible
The figures are incredible. I didn't expect such a result, especially at such attractive prices. Delivery took a while and required a follow-up, but that minor issue is easily forgotten given the quality of the products received.
We would recommend you without hesitation.
Thanks, Ficta 3D!

Thank you, Quentin!
Reading reviews like yours makes all the hard work worthwhile. We know waiting a little longer isn't ideal, so we're especially happy that the final quality met your expectations.
We hope your new miniatures find their way onto the tabletop soon, and we'd love to print for you again in the future!
Great Service and Support
Minis came out great and they made sure they were printed the best they could be. Some of the prints had ultra-fine details which can be difficult for printers and they did a great job.
Will definitely get more printed :)

We're glad you noticed the attention we put into printing even the finest details. Miniatures with tiny features can be challenging, but that's exactly the kind of work we enjoy.
We can't wait to print your next project. See you again soon, and happy painting!
Amazing Quality and Great Customer Service!
I’m really happy with my miniatures, and I already have a list ready for the next ones I want to get printed!!!
The quality is absolutely excellent, and the customer service has been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful as well.
If I had to suggest a couple of areas for improvement, perhaps the packaging could be made a little safer for the most delicate pieces, and it could be made clearer on the website that waiting times may sometimes be longer than the stated 10 days.
Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much, Iacopo!
It means a lot to hear that you're already planning your next order.
We also really appreciate your feedback. You're absolutely right: we're continuously improving both our packaging for the most delicate miniatures and the way we communicate lead times on the website, especially during busier periods.
Thanks again for your trust and for helping us improve. We can't wait to print your next collection of miniatures. Happy painting!
So much detail!
Found Ficta when I was looking to print some custom mini's I'd put together.
Unbelievable detail on the prints! I sent my order smaller than I meant to (completely my fault, I measured the wrong reference piece) and even with it being so small I could see individual fingers on a hand the size of a grain of rice.
Just unreal! Had one mishap in shipping for one larger piece, reached out and they're replacing it in my next order.
Fantastic price, incredible quality, great support.
I'll be back again and again as long as they keep this up!

Ordered a test run of small-scale figures for a somewhat time critical project, order took way longer than expected. After a few messages (which were responded to very quickly), they went out of their way to fulfill the actual order *way* quicker than even their projected turnaround time.
Price and quality were great. Will definitely order again.

My default printing service in the future
When I first discovered Ficta3D, I was very skeptical. There were only a handful of reviews, and they were all positive—which, on the one hand, made me even more skeptical, but on the other hand, also encouraged me to try it out for myself.
I wanted to make 3D tokens out of resin for my pen-and-paper gaming sessions. However, due to health issues, buying and using my own resin printer wasn’t an option for me. After a quick search, I came across Ficta3D. I uploaded my figures and was shown very reasonable prices.
So I finally decided to give the service a try. My order was a bit large, so it took a few weeks to complete. When I asked how long the process would take, I received prompt and friendly responses. Ficta3D was able to meet the deadline I set, so the miniatures arrived on time. The quality is very good—better than what I probably would have printed myself. I’m all set for my pen-and-paper campaign for the coming months, but I’ll be back for future sessions.
Despite my initial skepticism, I can wholeheartedly recommend this service.

Hearing that one of our prints stands out even to a display painter means a lot to us, especially because we obsess over sharpness, clean surfaces, and print quality every single day.

Dylan, reviews like this mean a lot to us - especially because we’re still a small lab growing one order at a time.
Quality, careful packaging, fair pricing, and human customer support are exactly the standards we’re trying to build Ficta3D around, so hearing that they came through on your order is incredibly rewarding.
We’ll do our best to keep raising the bar for many years to come 🙂

The quality of the print is really good! Very please with the result :) customer support was also prompt at replying when I had an issue with delivery!
One piece of constructive feedback: maybe it was me but I hadn’t immediately understood how much the cost of international shipping was - higher than I expected initially, but then again it was my choice to pick this shop!
