Ordered on 27 December, so didn’t expect to hear back until the new year.

I received a message same day, confirming my order had been received. And that my order would be shipped on 5 January.

I received my order 6 January (next day), whisky very well packaged and a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my order.

What a fantastic experience from ordering to receiving my whisky!! Thank you to the team, I wish all online ordering was as easy and lovely as this!!!

Fib's website was for me very engaging and I looked how each whisky was marketed.
Using the website was easy and ordering was quick and easy (too easy???).
The after care of my order was great. The bottles were well packaged and arrived undamaged. It was also really nice to see a personal thank you note with the order, not something you get very often.

The whisky that I have tried so far is excellent, the quality of their produce is for me fantastic and will be ordering again, and again.

Finally the label designs are great too, a breath of fresh air.
