Product as advertised. Measurement guide very useful. Prompt delivery. Item well packaged and returns details well explained.
Quality of boots seems very good.

Would rate them nil if possible

Would rate them nil if possible. Ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding I was attending and paid for next day delivery. Royal mail/parcel force failed to deliver on time for no reason and FHW Brands ignored my email. Rubbish

AWFUL RETURNS

Due to crocs poor sizing (US size shows on sole), I had to return a pair. I was charged for the DPD return and then I had to wait THREE WEEKS for a refund?? I'm still waiting. Disgraceful! I will never shop here again.

No quality control done before sending item

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks, they arrived with glue on the front and side. They cant have been checked prior to dispatch, disappointing especially as they were £70 (and that was in the sale.) I couldnt do an exchange and had to send the faulty pair back and wait for a refund before ordering again.

Very quick delivery of Birkenstock…

Very quick delivery of Birkenstock shoes, original ordered direct from Birkenstock but they cancelled my order thankfully 😂 as I paid a fraction of the price and got quicker delivery 🚚. Highly recommend

Excellent product,one happy customer!

The items I wanted were competitively priced on your website so I ordered them from yourselves as they were the cheapest I could find for the exact product I desired. They arrived well within time of the estimated delivery. Product was excellent when received. One happy customer!

First order with this company and order…

First order with this company and order not received by me.
States delivered on 14.03.2026 and we were away on the 14th and 15th.
Return home and unable to locate the delivery.
Asked neighbours but nothing.
I contacted the company about this and asked for my money back due to non receipt of the order still waiting for a refund!
I will never use this company again nor recommend.
Really bad customer service!
