False Advertising for Fitted seat covers
After receiving the fitted seat covers, I reached out to tell FH Group customer service that the car seat covers they sent were not made for my vehicle's model. Each time this happened, which was many, they would send me a video showing me the installation of the seat covers. I even told them the video link they sent was for the models for the years 2019-2022, even though they knew my car was a 2025.
Though I was able to reach out to the company via chat and email, which was likely an automated program, I was sent the incorrect video, and every time I tried to contact them via their customer service number I was lead through various prompts that would end with a recording stating that no one was taking messages from this number.
I ended up having to return the covers, which cost me $65 of my own money to send back to them. On top of everything, I received a gift of extra storage for the back of the car because of the amount I spent when buying the car seat covers, because I had to return everything I also had to return this 'free gift', which is rather misleading.

I purchased a set of Travel Master seat…
I purchased a set of Travel Master seat covers when I purchased my 2019 Ram 1500 in 2020. They looked good originally but began to fade and the driver’s side cover frayed and fell apart on the door side. I purchased another set and the same thing happened. Two sets in 5 years on a truck that has only 54000 miles on it. I recommend not purchasing these covers. My wife is going to attempt to see a patch over the hole. It will not match seeing how extremely faded the cover is.

Great seat covers for our Lexus SC430! Quick ship. Fair price. Easy install.
One drawback - the under seat snaps are inconvenient to fully tighten with modern electric seats...no room to get your hand under to pull straps tight.
Would recommend &buy again.

Good quality covers
Good quality covers. It fits perfectly. Only thing bad is for 3rd row seats it does not have openings for the straps to fold the seats in proper position. While folding the seats the cover rips few inches.

I love the seats but after a month my front seats have started to fade and the pink is not as bright as the back seat where the kids sit. Kinda disappointing with how expensive they were.

The cover fits well and installation was easy. Only issue is I have a GR Corolla and its seat doesn't have 4 of the holes on the bottom back bench seat. But it should do the job!.

Great quality at a great price!
This seat cover is true to its "Ultra Comfort" name! It was a little tricky to install but the videos were really helpful and we finally got everything set perfectly. It's clean, form-fitting, and quite nice looking. It's just what I was looking for!!

The stitching on my order was done…
The stitching on my order was done poorly and ripped. I reached out, and customer service required a picture before they would offer assistance. I am disabled and can't use my hands. I paid to have them installed because of this. Still no help. Terrible customer service for a subpar product.
***UPDATE** after I posted my review, I was contacted by their customer service department, and they sent me a new piece. It is on it's way, so they made it right in the end.

Not accustomed to dealing with a company that operates this way
The product was tan and black instead of brown and black so I didn't want it because the tan would not match my seat covers. Upon attempting to return and get a full refund, I first received an email suggesting that I keep it and receive a $10 refund. I responded no. The second email I received stated to get a full store credit and keep the product. I said no. Finally, I received an email stating that I would get a full refund and still keep the product. I didn't want to keep it because I knew it would just sit and collect dust until I finally gave it to Goodwill. So I returned the product including the free gift, and still I received a partial refund.

Prefect seat covers
We really like the seat covers they look so nice my wife side there fancy lol it was the most I ever paid for seat covers but it was a new car and I won’t something to last. They fit perfect look nice the only negative would be the smell they stink for about a week then it’s gone .

For the straps, be sure you're pulling off the fabric on the strap before adhering it to the seat. The item you purchased is for a Honda Accord 2018 - 2022 Sport | Sport SE | EX| EX-L | Touring. poor return process
First, I would like to appreciate the immediate responses from FH Group when I needed assistance. The issue was I was sent 2 passenger seats. The link that was sent with the product was simply an advertisement. I was later sent a link for installation which verified that I had two passenger seats. The return process was extremely difficult and cost me a great deal to return. I unfortunately will not be purchasing this product in the future. Thank you.

When we are dealing with Custom Fit, we like to be thorough and we do ask a lot of questions, but that's to be sure we're handling it well. You mentioned having two passenger seats and we did ask for photos so we could verify but you did opt out of sharing photos. We needed them so we could verify your claim and if it was determined it was our issue, we would provide a free return. That's what we were trying to explain in our emails. We apologize if that wasn't clear and that you had this experience.
