Everything worked out well except for the headrest covers. Both of them ripped in the seam while I was putting them on.

i called to make sure my order was correct and i was told it was, i went online and ordered seat covers for my bronco, 2 weeks later i seen they were never shipped, called you guys with no answer, emailed and finally got a responce, my order was lost and never shipped, then was told that the front and rear seats were 2 different colors, then you would not help we with a front and rear kit your website showed you to have, just got my money back, what a joke for a company!!!! i have been at a ford dealership for 27 years and was hoping to get a good company to send my customers to for good seat covers, apparently the search goes on!!!!!!

It was a simple easy process to pick out seat covers, just search the year make & model of your car. Then pick out the seat covers you like.

The seat covers purchased for our 2020 Toyota Sienna were easy to install and fit perfectly. We had several people comment that they thought that the covers were the original factory seats. The color of the covers blended well with the Sienna's interior. We are glad the we chose FH Group product.

Was expecting a one piece seat cover for each seat? I got a backrest, and a seat cushion. Will modify to make work. Still no free gift in this package either

Didn't really like how the seat covers attach to the bottom front or bottom back. Not a great design and don't hold the covers on very well. The seat covers themselves are nice - high quality and well made.

I wanted to share with u that I was so happy with the new "reimagined" seat covers that I put on yesterday.......the clips that run from the back of the seat to the front are a game changer.......and the flaps under the headrests are perfect......the included clips actually work and won't break in a couple of days like the plastic ones that were used previously.......they are tight and look very nice in my van......thanks so much! Keep up the good work!

The description wasn't clear, we thought it said that the covers were for arm rest which they didn't fit. Not quite the quality that we thought, but l made the covers work and it was an improvement over the covers l had.

Very happy with the quality of the product although I haven't installed them yet . Based on a visual inspection , I feel pretty good . How they fit and wear over time is still to be seen . So far , so good . LV

I got jeep seat covers for my Christmas gift this year. Mistakenly, the gifted set was for the wrong version, and was for the four-door version instead of the two door version that I have. I reported the problem to FH group auto. They were fast acting to fix this problem. I was working directly with Kacy Willis who was extremely kind and helpful! They were able to get the correct backseat sent out with no charge due to this being a Christmas gift I had received. I was so immensely grateful that they were willing to work for a solution and their super kind gesture totally made my experience! The seat covers themselves are an amazing material and easy clean! Not to mention, they even give a free car organizer with the seat cover purchase. I would highly recommend FH group auto to anyone!

Love these seat covers! The covers are so tight they look like the original seats and the best thing for me they are pet friendly. Dog nails make no marks, hair easily brushes off and dirt washes off with water. Wonderful covers.

the product I received was not as described as in the product I originally ordered because of the following difference first and foremost it was difficult to install especially since the elastic clips were not even included so I had to use paperclips additionally the original product I purchased and also in the installation video it show that the head rest were separate which they are not do now the front seats look stupid and whack.

Was sent the wrong color of seat covers I ordered. When I contacted them requesting the correct color orderedthey said they had no record of my order. I sent them a copy /screenshot of my order and they requested me to return wrong ones. They also wanted a picture of what I received.the correct color finally arrived with no clips in package as directions showed,so I still can not use them Apoor product and worse customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!

Best fitting car seat covers and they look good. The covers that were designed to fit the part of the back row seat where the seat belts are retrieved doesn't fit perfectly. Doesn't show when the doors are closed.
